Jack The Lad - Cafe

Ordered the poached eggs, cheesey potato roasti and chorizo with a long black. Staff were super friendly and attentive and the food was really tasty. Coffee was so good I had two, and they didn't make me feel bad when I worked off of my laptop for a bit.

We grabbed a coffee, milkshakes and a couple of slices to take for our walk on the beach. Service was quick and friendly. Drinks and food were good 👍

The Chef, Amit, created this delicious quinoa salad with goat and halloumi cheese. Great healthy salad. Loved it!
The in-house muffins are to die for.

My Daughter had heard it was a great place, well she was right. From the moment we walked in the friendly service and great atmosphere was welcoming.
The food was Amazing as were the coffee.
The waitress didn’t even need a pen and paper to take our 4 orders.
Very impressive and will definitely be back next time we are in Melbourne.👍

My new favorite cafe around bayside (May21). The brick wall , great coffee, awesome breakfast roll, and friendly service. This cafe in my opinion is one of the best in Chelsea. Although it’s only my first visit here , I’m truly impressed. definitely come back soon. 👍

amazing servers and great quality food! ordered the ruben sandwich and a ham, cheese and tomato sourdough toasted sandwich - both came out very quickly and were delicious! definitely recommend if you’re in the area :)

Loved the coffee here @Jack The Lad Cafe that came with a little biscuit. The staff made me feel so welcome and the coffee was so delicious it made me really happy. This cafe is also really close to a children's playground at the beach. Looking forward to returning to try some food!

Solid coffee. Great food. Great service. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

The only downside for me was that I don’t love dance beats in the morning.

Had breakie there this morning for me and my partners anniversary, and I didn’t regret it!! Had an amazing breakie (see photos!) and they were happy to cater to my likings! Never been here before but I look forward to trying their whole menu (especially their peanut butter hot chocolates and Nutella-cinos).

Also the staff were super nice! #supportlocal 100% recommended!

Super friendly service. thanks for being understanding about the myGov check-in for my friend who had not set it up yet. The food and drinks are top notch. I think that omelette was the best one I've ever had! Cannot fault. Love the Nutellacino too. The Little cookie was yum.

Great place by the beach for coffee and lunch. Casual atmosphere, delicious food. Only had three items on the menu but everything from the kitchen looked mint!

The meals was equally amazing. Serving size was much better than I expected. Definitely great value.

I am so going here again if we're in the area! The food was great! I had the pumpkin fritters, and we shared the halloumi fries. I also had a chai tea. Can't fault it. The waitresses were super friendly And the outside area was lovely to enjoy the afternoon.

Obsessed with this place! Their eggs Benny is by far the best I’ve ever had! The staff are incredible, the coffee is awesome and the food is second to none! By far my favourite cafe in the bayside area! Will always recommend this place!

Amazing food great customer service we had a brioche egg and bacon roll chill scrambled eggs with waffle fries and buttermilk pancakes with caramelized banana 💯 we are coming back here again
