Choice Pharmacy Vincentia

This is what all community chemists should be like ! I walked in on this very busy Saturday morning, fairly panicked, asking if anyone could possibly help with urgently changing a surgical dressing whose waterproof dressing had leaked + was wet through. No Medical Centres open until Monday ! Pharmacist Lachlan immediately rose to the occassion, unflustered despite many other tasks to attend to, and this being right outside his usual brief of course. Sorted it out, new dressing applied, super efficient and very kind - he was terrific ! Many thanks to Lachlan in particular and to Choice Pharmacy. Really appreciate your genuinely kind help. I shan't be going to any other pharmacy in future !

I took my very injured and distressed child here (as the medical centre next door refused to look at him without an appointment). They went well above and beyond and bandaged up his injury and directed us to the nearest hospital. We couldn’t thank them enough. Whilst I waited there I noticed how clean and nicely laid out the store was. It is obviously well managed, and as we experienced, they take care of their customers. Thank you again.

Choice Pharmacy is located inside Vincentia Marketplace. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help with anything in particular. I was approached by three different staff members during my time in the store, who all helped me find what I was looking for, and offered advice with my decisions. The shop was both wheelchair friendly and child friendly. The aisles were easily accessible and they even had a little desk and chair area to keep small children occupied.

Every experience I have had at Choice Pharmacy has been positive and the staff there are the epitome of helpful and professional. In holiday periods, they are understandably busy because they are the first resort for locals and tourists alike when access to doctors is very limited. Despite this, the quality of service never declines. Staff are always polite and apologetic for any wait times. However, it’s understandable as they are always going above and beyond for every customer. Always happy to have Choice Pharmacy Vincentia as my go-to pharmacy.

Ali is very knowledgeable and helpful as are the rest of the team. Very friendly pharmacy staff that have always go out of their way to provide fabulous customer service, even when they are often flat out busy.

The Pharmacist, Lachlan, and his staff provided excellent service and advice to us when we visited. We are really grateful for the kindness and help offered to my daughter who had a tick in her leg.

I went into the Pharmacy to get some advise on how to pull a tick from my sons head, the staff were incredibly helpful, the Pharmacist came straight out and removed the tick immediately and really put my son at ease. Such a great experience, thanks to all the staff there!

Lovely pharmacy, the overall lay out of the store is easy to navigate and always has what I need. Without fail, every time I enter the pharmacy someone comes and greets me with a professional and knowledgeable attitude which makes my shopping experience a breeze among the rest of the centre. The pharmacist gets my scripts dispensed in a timely manner and has assisted me on numerous occasions where I needed advice on my medications. My go to pharmacy and would definitely recommend!

great service and amazing staff ^^! was greeted with a smile and had about 2-3 checkups whether i needed something. service was very quick too, highly recommend this pharmacy as theyre full of variety with reasonable pricing :)

All the staff are so helpful and lovely. Have needed advice before and they always do everything they can to help. If the person you ask does not know, they will still make sure they find the answer. If you want to receive quality and friendly service go nowhere else.

Best pharmacy in the area, so much so that I happily travel a little further just for the great service provided.
