I rang today with a query regarding my Tiguan. Amy was very helpful, as was Jonathan. They both provided really good advice. This was much appreciated as we aren’t even customers of this dealership, so thank-you for your time, expertise and advice.

We had an incident with our transporter where the gear selector button had pushed right in and locked, so the van was stuck in park, the place we were on our way to catch the Spirit of Tasmania and rang and to see if anyone could help. I had managed to remove the gear lever boot and could move the lockout with a file I happen to have. Aimee at VW service at Epsom said they could have a look if we were able to get to them. When we arrived, we spoke to Aimee about our situation and she took charge, organised Johnno the mechanic to take a look, he dropped what he was doing and sorted out the problem quick smart, the problem being that you need a special tool to reset the selector button after you know how to remove the thing from the shaft. Anyway, Aimee and Johnno did a wonderful job in short time and got is to the boat on time! Thanks once again from Hiske and Jan, we are enjoying the trip in Tassie. 😁👍

Amy explained that she was only new in the job but was very polite and for someone who was only a few weeks in was very knowledgeable . We will passing through Bendigo next month on travels and will be putting our Amarok in for a service. Highly recommend and we look forward to meeting you Amy .

After relocating from Melbourne to Bendigo I initially felt that it was easier to travel to Melbourne for services and maintenance of my Tiguan especially since on average I travel up to 3000km a month traveling to regional hospitals with my job, I need a reliable car that’s always maintained . After having my key break off in the ignition I had no option but to go to Bendigo Volkswagen to have the situation resolved. I was met by two fantastic vibrant VW service managers Paige and Emily. Both of them went above and beyond to help with the key removal and the programming of a replacement key. I have since used Bendigo VW for all my car services. With my job it can be difficult to know whether I’d make it in the morning to swap my car with a loan car. Emily and Paige organised for me to collect the loan car the night before my car service. I have had nothing but fantastic customer service at Bendigo VW. They are customer focused and nothing is too hard for them to resolve. I have also been impressed with the follow up after any repairs on my car especially following a replacement windscreen including recalibration of lane assist etc. thank you to two young talented customer focused service managers Emily and Paige as well as the service team. I will not only continue to have my car serviced at Bendigo VW, I will be purchasing my next replacement car through them.
