Anaconda Bendigo

Extensive range, products and choice here. Having received notification that Anaconda was having an up to 50% off sale. I decided to go and have a look at a few things to purchase. In particular, I was seeking a new outdoor chair to replace one that I had that was past its prime, and wasn’t all that comfortable. I looked at the Dune range and selected one of these chairs. Very comfortable and quick to fold up and pack away. The stores layout seems to be designed more for self-service, although I did see staff that could assist. Customer service at the register by Geordi was no fuss and prompt. Anaconda is a great ‘go to’ camping and fishing store but with so much more.

Has everything you need. And 5 stars to the short gentleman with beard. Sorry could not remember you name. Everytime I see him at the counter, I know that I will be well taken care off. Awesome customer service. 👍🏼

Found some good deals, a pair of shoes which the employee Echo was super helpful with in working out what one's were waterproof etc. Also a birthday present in the sale section which was a great find. Helpful staff and good selection of products on sale

Purchased a tent and camping accessories, staff member very helpful, friendly and polite helped me with items and assembled stretchers for me to try out. Excellent customer service 😁

Had repeated issues with afterpay not working, was very frustrating but the girls were so patient and extremely helpful! They honestly helped so much, I remember the second girls name was Jess but the first girl I'm not sure on her name, she had darker hair but she was so sweet and put the stuff aside while we sorted it out. Very thankful for their patience and percistance and we are so happy with our purchases!

We found the products we wanted to purchase straight away! Hubby wants to go back to spend the day going through everything! 😳 We only had 3/4 an hour in there.

Huge range and great after sales service. Today was the second time over the years we have needed to return something after the package was opened. Today Joan made the process so easy. A big THANKS for the hassle free swap over to a similar product. Really appreciated, especially at such a busy time of the year. :)

Great place to shop. Came here yesterday to purchase a product & the staff looked after me a great sale price. Staff are always friendly here, and ask if you need help when looking. Not like other shops that you walk into & sale staff barely say hello.

Great customer service very helpfull

I visited the Bendigo store this morning, hoping to try on and purchase a particular coat. Unfortunately, the colour I was after wasn't available in my size. I asked a young girl at the counter if they happened to have anymore. She had a look out the back and instead of just saying they had none, she let me know that they could order one from another store!
I felt like such a valued customer and would absolutely recommend everyone head into Anaconda Bendigo for all your camping/travel gear! Very happy camper! ;)

Great Store ....Lovely Helpful Staff ....A wide rang of products purchased a pair of Keen Sandals amazingly comfortable so well made fantastic to walk in ...went in to purchase 2 SLIDERS for a Christmas present 'Grandchildren ' unfortunately sold out Staff checked their reserve stock that was really kind i will have to wait for the next delivery...My fault i should have reacted to the catalog earlier today when GOOD STOCK comes in one has to pounce quicker....I enjoyed my shop in the store today all so very pleasant and a nice new pair of KEEN sandals in pale blue great with denim...THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF ON THIS EVENING...

Clean store, well stocked, discounted items clearly marked, staff friendly and well trained.

Very helpful staff and I feel prices are more competitive compare to others...plenty variety...good positive experience in shopping.it is unfortunate this easter period fishing victoria did not release school holiday troute in lakes around state otherwise Anaconda would have more fishcos buying fishing tools to do fishing.....and kids too would have fished ....
