I purchased some items from this store after looking online via google shopping, not only did i get a confirmation from them right away, a delivery email once sent and an order delivered BUT an email to advise i can reach out if i have any issues. The service level from this place was incredible and i got two free stickers which was neat. I only needed safety stuff for blading but if i need something else i'll for sure buy from here!

Kendra was exceptional in her customer service and honored a price difference between facebook store price and website store price without question or hassle. Impressively, the ordered scooter arrived from Melbourne to Adelaide within 20 hours! Great work guys and an absolute pleasure to deal with! :)

Amazing service by Mick and the team. Opted to go local with online delivery delays concerns for son's dream custom scooter for his 13th, and Mick spent time and effort collating all parts and driving to the other side of town to collect the all important deck. Had all parts ready the day before and he kindly offered to come in (socially distanced of course!) on his Birthday on Saturday if anything went wrong as Master 13 planned to assemble together reusing some existing minor components. Son was ecstatic with the present (and some B'day freebies from the Public Mayhem team!) but struggled as his existing fork was bent, Mick as promised met us there when they were meant to be closed, spent considerable time assembling and recommending the additional parts, and blew us away on price and service. Son opted to install the complimentary Public Mayhem grip tape over his gifted one out of respect and recognition, will proudly promote and recommend Public Mayhem, and has learnt go local is safer and cheaper than our previous experience ordering online with parts recommended that didn't fit and having to pay return and new item shipping for the online retailers mistake.
He cant wait to show off his new ride when skate parks reopen, and be a regular customer and rider at the indoor park of this reputable and passionate local family business. Keep up the great work!

Ordered a new deck online and it arrived super fast and packaged perfectly!! Then thought l would put it together and try out their park on the weekend with my son , which was super fun ! Great service cheap prices helpful staff and a great place to take your kids if they are getting into Skateboarding!

We visited the shop today on recommendation from a friend. We were over from Adelaide for an event here in Melbourne. The place is unreal with an indoor skate park you can ride after you have purchased your new deck from the shop. Both myself and my son were like kids in a candy store. Very friendly owners as well.

Complemented with a full offer of clothing and safety apparel. Once you are done shopping, you can even test the gear out on the indoor skatepark out back!

Really fun mini ramp and spine. Some cool boxes and rails too. Ask about their board deals too, won't find many cheaper from other shops around the area.

Great store went in a few months ago to see what all the hype was about and rode the skatepark for a bit and just recently have bought a few parts from hear and the other day made a home delivery that came the NEXT DAY and were so friendly thanks for being such a cool place and also for the fork and clamp
