7-Eleven

On Friday afternoon I went to 711 here for the first time. The young lady at the counter was extremely friendly and gave amazing customer service. She help me with the 711 app when I wasn’t sure I had locked the fuel price correctly. She was very patient and helpful.

Typical 7-Eleven. Fast food and car juice. Can't ask for more.

A decent 7-Eleven with lots of good products to choose from, it's sad that I've had to rate so low due to the unfriendly mannerism and tone of all of the staff that I have interacted with on the many occasions I have gone here. All staff are always sitting in the back room and take ages to come to the counter and serve people, and when they finally do there is no kindness or customer service whatsoever. Good food, disrespectful and unkind service from a number of staff.

After midnight you'll need to wait before entering store for security reasons

I came to this 7 eleven a lot of times. I know that 7 eleven isn't a place with a good service usually, but here is the worst ever. In the morning and afternoon there is an old woman unhappy with her life that never says hello and says things in a bad mood. People like that don't deserve to have work.

Suggestion for old lady behind counter. If ur fed-up from ur life plz stay at home 🏡. No greetings , no smile , no manners. Rather then standing on counter and make faces learn some basic manners . What a losser

Popped in this morning for a quick purchase. Oh my lord the old bat behind the counter was soo rude!

We don’t expect concierge service but she was next level. I genuinely concur with other customers who has posted a review after experiencing her attitude.

Not impressed! The staff behaviour in the day time is always rude, if you don't like working you should give up your job rather working as putting the dumb face on to the customers.
