Steamatic Bendigo - Fire, Flood, Water Damage Restoration

Emergency bathroom clean required after 5pm. Out of the 8 cleaners I called, Steamatic Bendigo was only company available today. Emma in the admin team was wonderful in arranging immediate cleaning support. Very competent and friendly. James did an amazing job on the bathroom. I am keeping their number for my first call in future.

Needed a steam clean when moving house. Steamatic seemed the ticket and were available at the times we needed. I thought it'd be a fairly standard steam clean, but as luck would have it, we got flooded while away over Christmas and I felt pretty lucky when Josh turned up. He went above and beyond with advice and guidance, really making me feel happy we'd chosen the company.
With the extra water it ended up being a much bigger job than expected, and they handled it perfectly. Really pleasant to see that sort of workmanship and quality service. Thoroughly recommended!

Very fast to respond. You would think every staff member is a scientist. SUPER professional.

These people responded to a minor flood in my house, which was paid for by insurance, however, if I need anything done in the future, you guys have my business. Well done on being awesome at what you do.

Great service job done and ho hassle

Extremely poor customer service and very disorganised. Both real estate and tenant called to organize carpet removal but received nothing but excuses. Real estate were told “we will organize with tenant”, tenant was told “we need to speak to the real estate”. This went round and round for weeks and nothing was ever done. Keep this in mind when dealing with them.
