Crest on Barkly 4 star hotel

Whilst the property is a little dated the rooms are well equipped and extremely clean. Would recommend it to anyone looking for convenient location to St Kilda and the city.

So beautiful, and some of the most friendly staff and amazing service that I have had in a very long time. I will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

This room was very nice, warm, clean and comfortable, Uber into the city was reasonably priced and the staff were friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay here again.

I extended my stay several times which proves how much I loved this hotel. The bed sooo comfortable, the facilities fantastic, the location ideal, the free parking convenient but most importantly of all, the service from ALL staff was simply outstanding! So very grateful, l miss the experience already.

Whilst the fit out is probably four star, the service and the hospitality combined with the proximity and the amenity all go to a five star review. The car parking is an absolute bonus and it is very affordable. We arrived in late off the Spirit of Tasmania and the concierge let us use the bar, although it was closed, to meet family and friends. They couldn't have been more helpful. Dad's in a mobility scooter, and that was made super easy by the lift, and compliance of a great room that had all the amenities that he needed. We will definitely come again.

Even though my booking was cancelled by travel agent by error, the hotel was so gracious about it and sorted out for me. Stephanie at Reception went above and beyond to help me out and so did her manager. I'll be back once St Kilda Rd is fully open!

Staff friendly and efficient. Rooms clean, had everything we needed. Fantastic location. Tanur? On reception went above and beyond when after checking out we discovered we had a flat car battery. Tanur? Fortunately had a jump starter and had us on our way in no time. It is not the first time I have stayed there and will definitely be back. Thank you

Absolutely shocked at the level of customer service of this place. A lady Jessica went above and beyond also another staff member went out of his way to try get me last minute accomodation.I don’t usually write reviews but I will be taking this further and making management aware regarding Jessica’s kindness and genuine love of her job as she should be rewarded for her hard work and dedication to make a customer feel the way I have. Only was upset with one thing she refused tip though only to say no no I love my job I don’t need tip I do this because I enjoy it. Thanks you very much for your lovely care during my stay.

I stayed at the Crest On Barkly hotel with the rest of my sporting team. The customer service and cleaning services were of a high quality and I have no complaints towards or about any of the staff. Overall it was a very enjoyable place to stay and I would stay there again.

We stayed in the apartments section, which was a huge apartment. Everything you need either in the apartment or nearby. Helpful staff and a great buffet breakfast with superb customer service. They even got fresh croissants bought in from the bakery!

My stay was great.. fantastic customer service... i had a very spacious room and clean. Certainly recommended. ..i will definitely come back.... i received a welcome drink too.. :)

Came down from Sydney for the state of origin and had a fantastic stay here. Very reasonable price, nice modern decor, great cocktail bar and within walking distance of alot of St Kilda things to do.

Topped off by friendly service from the staff, special mention to Federica (girl that was on at night) who went above and beyond to make our stay welcome, cheers!

We stayed in their 3bedroom apartment whilst preparing for a friend’s wedding. A good place for group of friends and family. It is clean, staff are friendly and accessible to transport, shops, cafe and attractions.

a few minutes walk to Fiztroy St tram station, close to St. Kilda Pier (2-3 tram stops or walk), apartment studio room is clean and spotless, well maintained status. Free parking, good for staying away from the busy CBD.

Stayed for one night and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, quiet and specious. Highly recommended.
