I dont live anywhere near Melbourne but I would recommend them to anyone regardless of where they live. We had bought the Bose lifestyle 600 surround system. When we got the order it was missing a few cables and wireless connectors. One call to Rob and everything was sorted. No fuss, no confusion or back and forth. Perfect example of excellent customer service.

I ordered my Sonos Arc from this store which was much cheaper than any chain stores. I met the guys at store which were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommended this place if you are looking for any sound system, having questions or may even make a phone call to ask the best prices.

Unreal customer service! I bought a soundbar for my TV then a friend came over and showed me how to hook up my other speakers to the TV. I called the store on the off-chance I could simply cancel the order before it had been dispatched. Rob was so helpful and advised it had been dispatched but I could simply return it to the store since I live in Melbourne, but he would see if he could also stop the delivery direct with the courier too. Next day i received an email to state that my order had been reversed and refunded. This was based on one call, no fuss, no chasing just amazing personal service. Cannot recommend enough.

The staff at St Kilda are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with nothing seeming to be too much trouble. This kind of customer experience is quite exceptional and it has been very much appreciated. I could mention names, Greg, Paul, Evan...but everyone I've dealt with has been 1st rate. The customer support helpline is also of the same highly professional, competent and friendly standard. Totally recommend this store.

I recently bought a Sonos Amp from Premium Sounds. I took it home, unboxed and tried it with my home setup. Unfortunately the product was not right for me. Rob, Jonathan and staff are excellent. They recently helped me out with a motorised stand for my Beovision 14. Which didn't last long because it soon went up on the wall with a wall stand they also hooked me up with. Thank you for your help.

I recently bought a pair of Bose headphones from this place. The pricing and the offers are just mind blowing. The delivery was quick. I had a few doubts about my order so I contacted the place and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

I placed an order of the Audio Pro Addon C10 as it was on special. Then it was out of stock for the white colour so I called twice to check on my order. The store then offered a free upgrade to the newest version C10 MKii and it was delivered within a week. Pretty happy but would have been better if they could give me an update regarding my order. Overall still happy with experience and customer service. Btw, the speaker sounds awesome compared to my Bose Minilink!
