Had a flat e-bike tire today and the lads in the store fixed it right away so I didn't have to wait until after easter. I was very grateful! Great service and friendly staff!

Had a great experience last week having been assisted by David in purchasing a new commuter rig.

David listened, offered some very helpful industry insights (new brands are always scary), left with a better ride with better spec than I had expected to that day.

We had our bikes serviced at another store and were treated like dirt. They were very pricey and not at all helpful. We took our sons bike to Bicycle Superstore and had fantastic service at a really good price. They won us over with good old fashioned customer service at a reasonable price. Thanks guys....

Harold B and the rest of the staff here were excellent to me when it comes to customer service experience and let me know what i needed for my bike also.
Been there a few times to get my bike fixed up and service also.
As you all know covid-19 situation this year 2020 the bike shop has been very busy as everyone is riding a bike and it takes time to get your bike fixed or waiting for spare parts to come in .
Good to let customers know when your bicycle is ready to collect by text message and let you know what happening if waiting for parts also.

I've had a couple of conversations with Jason as I've been trying to source spare parts and he's provided excellent advice and very good customer service when there isn't really anything in it for them. I haven't bought a bike from Bicycle Superstore, but I will definitely be talking to them when I'm looking for my next bike as if the service is this good when I'm just hunting for parts, then I'm confident I'll be looked after with a major purchase.

Super service. The boys have turned around fixing our bike in 24 hours. Plenty of expert advice. More business should kern how to handle customer from these guys. Jason and Herald were awesome. Tx

I have used them on a few different occasions and they are very helpful, have honest opinions and were very budget conscious to my needs. I cant really fault them in my experience. I would keep going to them. unlike allot of car garages where I get my cars serviced.

Great service with a recent warranty return. Good Comms and fast replacement.

These guys replaced the spokes in my running pram wheels 18mths ago. These wheels are still perfect. I have not have had a broken spoke or flat tyre since. Before that, i would get problems every few mths. Amazing.
