I had my hair cut by Emily this morning. I am SOO happy with it. I’ve always been anxious about trying out new hairdressers because you never really know what you’re getting but I explained to Emily what I wanted and she listened and did a perfect job. Thank you so much for being so kind and patient. I will definitely be coming back the next time I need a cut. 😊

I have always had dark hair and last year decided to try something different, with some blonde balayage. So happy with the results! Emily did a fantastic job! She was also great helping me choose the right colour and toner and advising on products to maintain the colour. I've since come back a couple times to get it freshened up. It's always an enjoyable experience, having coffee and a chat and feeling amazing walking out the door! Thanks Emily!

Best place to get hair colour and other services, I messed up with my hair as i dyed my hair by myself at home, but Emly did amazing job she dyed my hair beautifully with a nice hair cut.

I came here after a terrible night shift in a emergency hospital i was hell tired i was late for appointment but Emly communicated very nicely professionally and she made very tasty coffee and served with yummy cookies I am glad I tried this service.

We got our 2 year old boys hair cut this morning, he despises getting his hair cut and is inconsolable when he gets it done.
Emily was so patient with him, got down on his level, tried her best to console him and gave him a great haircut all things considered. Highly recommend!

I can't commend Kristy and her team enough for their skill and outstanding customer service. I've been here on two different occasions: First, I inquired about sensory friendly services for my 5yo atypical son and Kristy did not hesitate to accomodate my son's needs by booking us in before opening time and reduced sensory stimuli to make sure he was comfortable. Kristy was so patient, gentle and caring towards my son and I. She asked all the relevant questions to make sure she was prepared in advance--- I could not be more grateful for her compassion and thoughtfulness!
Secondly, I visited the salon recently for myself and Emily did an outstanding job reviving my curly hair! I have had bad luck in the past with hairdressers butchering my curls but Emily was skilful and fast. I'm also socially anxious and I find hairdressing salons stress inducing and I'm certain Emily immediately observed that I'm not a talker and spared me the painfully awkward small talk and yelling over the hairdryer. I could not be more grateful for that and for once I was able to relax and feel comfortable while getting my hair done. 10/10!!

Shikarnya was my go to for my wedding day. Kristy devoted herself to me and my bridal party on the most important day of my life. She made me feel relaxed and I was confident she understood everything I envisioned for my special day. My hair was absolutely amazing the colour and style I loved so much and I was complemented by so many people on the day. Not only was the make up done beautifully but my spray tan the days leading up was well worth it too. Thank you Kristy for making my bridal party feel very special and beautiful.

excellent customer service, yes you have to ask for coffee or tea they don't provide unless you ask, they have a friendly staff, their work so professional. I went to a place they messed up my hair and they fix it in a way make me so happy.
