Just Jeans Eastland

VERY HAPPY! Came in for a particular pair of jeans that the system said they had 1 of. Cameron and Claudia went well out of their way to find these jeans for me. They found them in their second store room in a different part of Eastland along with 2 pairs of the next size up. I got all three. 😀 Yhanks so much.

Fantastic service received today in store. Male shop assistant (sorry didn't get any names) was extremely helpful as I didn't exactly know what I was after and gave me a few options which led me to getting the perfect fit for me in shape, size & length. I was so happy with the jeans that I bought another pair in black. The female assistant (sorry no name again, although I'm sure she introduced herself - I can't remember) who took over with the sale was extremely helpful navigating me through my digital "Pressie" gift voucher on my phone. Thanks once again for your wonderful service - I will definitely be back and will recommend you to my family and friends ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went in not entirely sure of my size or what I wanted, I found the staff really helpful and Natalie was polite, fun and friendly making the experience much more enjoyable. I ended up getting a second pair of jeans and some good fashion advice. Will definitely be back next time. Store was clean and well organised as well.

My fiance and I went to Just Jeans at Eastland last Saturday 10 July and were assisted by both a male and female member of staff (wish I got their names). They were both super helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. A great customer service experience in what I imagine can be a challenging environment at times. Thank you both.

I went into Just Jeans at Eastland for the first time today and I was blown away by the service I received.
The girls working there were so incredibly helpful, extremely informed and taught me tips and tricks for jeans style and sizing - which I am grateful for since finding the 'perfect' jeans is an absolute nightmare.
Service here beats myer, David Jones etc. by a mile 🙏

Just jeans has great value with lots of sizes and styles. Excellent free home delivery service was offered from Just Jeans warehouse on a size they had run out of. Goods came within a few days hastle free.
I have found Just Jeans consistant over the years!

My friend and I left feeling very well looked after by everyone in the store. Our purchase was easy and we felt welcome.

Ended up buying 4 pair of jeans.

This ironically named place sells some things that are not jeans.

Basically this store now caters for more feminine fashions.

Very bad customer service. I tried on two different styles and then got another style. Two ladies serving and I am the only one in the store..... I had to go find the different styles, 2nd and third time. By the third time I got re dressed I decided to leave.
