Please guys don't waste your money. Not worst it, bad service. No transparency in fees.

1st encounter:
Called up their admin asked for an urgent section 32.
Got called back need to pay for upfront payment over the phone of $134.44
Later that day got a call, and ask to pay another $300 for the section 32 review. Paid for that.
No indication of turn around time.
4 days later, they asked to called back. At that time someone else already put in an offer.
(They make me feel like it was my false for not reading the fine print, and I feel extremely bad for not giving them enough time)
So all and all $434.44 wasted.

2nd encounter:
Send them an email for section 32 review for a different property. In the same situation (5/3/18). Asked to $300 upfront the same process find, so I paid. So this time they send me a receipt (7/3/18). (At this stage I honestly don't think that they had look at anything). Thursday (8/3/18) they emailed and ask for conference call follow day or following week tuesday (this was sent 5:30pm) and told me that I have to pay additional $30 (where is this is amount from, they said that it's outstanding? maybe GST?) So I replied on the following day (9/3/18) for the conference to be on Friday and explain that I need to see the real estate agent to put in an offer on Saturday (10/3/18). And between on that Friday, this person sent me an email: "We can arrange a conference for Tuesday (13/3/18). Does that would with you". I did explain that I need to put in an offer on Saturday.
No follow up or email on that Friday.
And today 13/3/18 ask me when time I am available?

After all of this $764.44 and I lost two properties that I am really interested in. (Literally scratching my head)

So this was mine experience with this business (emphasis on the BUSINESS part)
Lack of clarity in term of fees, no follow up, extremely slow. Overall bad service.
Again this is just mine experience. Not here to make them look bad but I just wanted whoever is reading this know what they are dealing with and hopefully don't have the same experience as I do. Wasted so much time researching property to have this set back.
