Mission Beach Camping & Caravan Park

This place is perfect, we had a beach side spot, if we were any closer we would have been parking on the beach!!! Such a beautiful idyllic spot. The lady on reception was very helpful, friendly and chatty, she gave us lots of great information. We only stayed for 1 night but boy do I wish we had stayed longer. Will certainly go back here to explore the area more

Solid facilities (clean bathrooms!!) and adjacent to one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever visited. I cannot recommend strongly enough.

Awesome spot. Staff here are friendly and helpful, the park is clean and quiet, and is in the most stunning spot right on the beach. Short stroll to the pub, the Blues Bar and food outlets. Honestly one of the best places you could stay, and it's great value too.

Great location, super chill vibe, friendly staff and good value. Website is clunky but worth pushing through to get a spot, and book early it is in high demand in peak season.

Great beachfront camp spot, with both power & water (drinkable town water) but it is very close quarters - popular spot obviously! Toilets & hot showers are very good & clean.
Super close (3min walk) to Tavern & other eaterys.
Unfortunately the weather was rainy the 2days we stayed (except the arvo we arrived) so didn't really get to enjoy it.

Beautiful place, we really enjoyed our relaxing weekend and the best thing is... we enjoyed our furrybabies!! The facilities are very new and clean, the community kitchen is very complete (including a refrigerator that many campsites do not have). Quiet and spacious pitches. Staff around very friendly and helpful. We are already thinking about when to repeat. See you soon .

We’ve had a fabulous stay here. The highlights were definitely the absolutely stunning beach, the coconuts laying around everywhere and the fact that it has the friendliest caretaker ever! Amenities were clean, as was the kitchen. Definitely recommended :)

We really enjoyed our weeks stay at Mission Beach the park was lovely, amenities clean. We had concrete slab looking out to the beach, perfect view in a perfect location with happy hour on the beach. Very friendly staff, we will definitely be back

Excellent beach side location less than 2 hours out of Cairns makes it a perfect first call location plenty of bars and restaurants 5 minute walk away.

Location is top notch! Few steps and you are at the one of the most beautiful beach I’ve seen in our travels.

Shaded, lots of trees, powered and unpowered, clean amenity, small camp kitchen.

There’s only 1 shower/toilet block, 1 dryer and 1 washer and airer.

The recyclables are in massive sacks and they are too full and closed. The general rubbish there’s 1 I saw in camp kitchen and it was small and filled to the brim.

Wildlife are teeming with birds etc.

Few meters away from restaurants and pubs and shops! This morning there was a market place and that was fun!

We had a 7 night stay, we love this park its clean & tidy.. Terry is great all do we were a little disappointed you didn't remember us Doyle Terry 🤣 we wont leave it as long the next time we don't want you forgetting us again 😉 all going well see you in May or June. Thanks again.

Absolutely fantastic campsite, small but but with immaculate facilities, Hot showers and very clean toilets, camp kitchen with everything you needed. There is a laundry but I never used it so can't comment.
The sites like every van park are tight but the park was not full when we where there so it wasn't over crowded....literally a stones throw from the most pristine beach and views for miles, worth getting up to watch the sunrise.
Short stroll to cafes and restaurants which where all lively and fun.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend

We loved our stay at this park . We arrived pre kirrily cyclone and the Manager was more than accommodating and very helpful.
We will definitely be going back for a longer holiday .

Awesome spot right on the beach, simple but good. New amenity block and right in town close to all the cafes/restaurants/shops that you can walk too.

Great walking/riding path along the beach that runs through the park.

We were a bit surprised and had a giggle that our caravan spot was on an old basketball court 🤣

Kids enjoyed it here also.

We loved it here! The weather wasn't perfect but this is the most beautiful spot and the staff were amazing!
A lot of older visitors and we are a family but most of the people we so super friendly to us and the kids. This is so nice to see! Loved our time here and can't wait to come back one day
