Great coffee and food, new servo cleaners have been doing a great job.
Cafe one staff are a great team. Looking forward to having your store being my favorite rest stop on my weekly trips to
West Vic.

Being a regular coffee drinker I have an idea what coffee should taste like and this was proper Melbourne cafe quality coffee. I was sooo surprised at how good it was. Not only better than fast food restaurant or automated machine coffees, it would give City shops a run for their money. Thank you so much!

When I bring my cup with me, it's because I want you to appreciate the value of the cup, and for us to join hands in preserving the environment. However, requesting me to wash the cup in the toilet is not acceptable.

Horrible service and the food was honestly bearly fit for human consumption.
If I could give a negative star rating, I would.
Also found out they will microwave their food untill it's no longer food but won't reheat someone else's as it doesn't adhere to their policy. Poor standards of practice. Do not recommend.

Just stopped in here and one lady in the cafe was using her teeth to tear food , I think she needs to do a good and safety course . When I pointed out what she was doing she and every worker there didn’t seem to find anything wrong with it . ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
