I have purchased many items of clothing on line from Warwick Jones over the past few years. Price is affordable and sizing is consistent. If required, exchange or refund is fuss free. Delivery is quite prompt and if for any reason there is a delay with dispatch of the order, items are sent separately and tracking is provided.
Overall I have been very happy with the quality of the garments and when I'm wearing them I've had lots of compliments from friends. I particularly love their bamboo range (-:

I order online and couldn’t wait for my item to be delivered……I’m still waiting and it’s been over a month. I was going to purchase other items but would probably have to wait a year for delivery. This has been the worst purchase I’ve ever made online. $80.00 is a lot of money that I was willing to spend, haven’t even been offered a refund.

Sent wrong size to begin with. I made a mistake with my return to their credit they fixed that but next size I asked for was still too large. When I asked for a refund after two emails still haven't heard from them. In my opinion don't buy on line with them. Sizes definitely true to measurements

Worst customer service ever and if I could give no stars, I would
An outfit on the front window mannequin got me into the store to spend money. There was no staff visible on entering the store and after a short while, a sales assistant appeared from the back change rooms followed by a customer so yes she was serving someone but there was no greeting when she saw me (basically looked straight through me) or any offer of "can I help you or are you happy to browse"? On this customer leaving the store, I still wasn't spoken to or approached. I would have been in the store looking at clothing for a good 5 mins or more and when I left the store with my money still in my wallet, the sales assistant was busy playing on her mobile phone. Mind you, this is not a young person I am talking about, it was an older more mature person and is definitely not what I would have expected from someone her age.

Rude very mature sales person who has no clue on dressing people.
