Pharmacy 4 Less M-City Clayton

Staff are so attentive and extremely helpful. There is a great range of products and I hardly find that things are out of stock. The sales asisstants are very knowledgeable and have often tried most of the products I'm asking about. I have been using the Medico pack services for one year now and am really happy with the prompt delivery, notice of repeat scripts needed and expansive knowledge of the pharmacy staff. I also have used the Medmate app where I had medicine delivered to my house, it arrived quickly and I desperately needed it because i was sick at 11pm at night. I also have to say that I prefer the overall shopping experience in store because it is a nice environment and not too overwhelming with crazy signage compared to other places. And it is easy to navigate the store by yourself with easy to read skin care. The staff definitely make the shopping experience easy for me!!

Really can’t rate this Chemist and staff highly enough. Polite, thorough, reliable. I went to the filthy big player store in Clayton for years - can’t even remember a visit where they didn’t mess up or have problems with one thing or another. Never seemed to get out in less than 20 minutes even when ordering in their app. Happily drive the extra 5 minutes to get served by the Pharmacy 4 Less crew at M-City usually getting in and out in a couple of minutes. Recommend to everyone.

The service at the pharmacy was really good and way quicker than others. Got everything I needed in about 5 mins :)

We came last night after a late doctors appointment and arrived at 10:08 (technically closed). The pharmacist still was inside and opened up the doors and filled the prescription, so all I can say is that they care about the broader community and therefore deserve far more than 5 stars!

I’ve been coming here since the store opened. I occasionally needed things in the Parkmore store, and was always impressed with the service there. When I got a store close to me I was absolutely stoked. I’ve had sensational service from pharmacists and the floor staff. Always willing to go the extra mile, always happy to price match, really fast service compared to bigger brands, and the products they stock on the floor, which I like, not necessarily need, are also good choice and value. I mean DB perfumes you can’t get elsewhere, other items like their creams, and body products too! My reasons for using them with really persistent chronic health issues, is that they have set me up with an app from which I can order my meds directly, which cut’s down a lot of time for me and my GP. It’s instant type messaging and works well, apart from one hiccup, which they did get to the bottom of. Order on the app, wait for them to say it’s ready, pickup, and get on with your day, after a quick catch up with the team! Bottom line, they will bend over backwards for you, even deliver FREE when you’re unwell, no questions asked, and I have needed that a few times. If you have an issue, you won’t have it for long, they’ll fix it, with patience and kindness that’s hard to find.

Ever since moving to MCity I cannot speak any more highly of the warmth, genuine care and the outstanding customer service this Pharmacy shows me on a regular basis.
They are truly exceptional people and go far beyond what their job entails. I recently tested positive to covid and I live alone and needed a number of prescriptions filled as well as over the counter items and the staff offered to deliver them to my front door free of charge, and did so within 25 min!
It’s wonderful to see that there are still such decent human beings in this world that actually care. Keep up the great work guys,!! xx

I really like Pharmacy 4 Less as they usually have very good customer service and they always help me out

Lovely people, we’d had a hard day with a visit to A&E with our two year old daughter who needed antibiotics. The pharmacist at Pharmacy 4 Less M-City explained that it was an antibiotic that they didn’t have on site, but as they closed in half a hour and he could see we were stressed, he offered to take payment for the antibiotic, went and picked it up from another pharmacy and delivered it to our home.
My husband and I are very grateful there are still such kindhearted people in the world and we were able to take out babies home to feed and put to bed.

I regularly pop into this pharmacy. It is clean, a good layout with all shelves fully stocked.

They sourced an item which they did not stock within a day and happy to price match.

Their customer service is outstanding and the Pharmacist on duty and team are genuinely friendly, happy and helpful.

This pharmacy is my go-to the majority of the time, not just the brand Pharmacy 4 Less but this particular Pharmacy 4 Less in MCity.

All the staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive, especially staff member Oemar, he's always attentive and helpful. You're always greeted and feel welcome there. You don't strictly have to wait for the pharmacist to get your prescriptions as well. The floor staff are helpful and if they can't assist with your enquiry the pharmacist usually can. Sometimes, it saves you an unnecessary doctors visit if it's something minor.

The checkout process is seamless and efficient when paying by card, and I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes to checkout.

I always find what I'm after, prices are reasonable and cheaper than some competitors at times but to be honest, I'm not too fussed about prices as much because their service is really good.

Finding parking around the pharmacy is a bit difficult, but theirs ample parking throughout Mcity if you're alright with a little bit of a walk.

Great customer service from the entire team, and the turn around time for ordered meds is super quick too. On top of this, pharmacists actually check up on you when you forget to order routine meds, thanks for the courtesy call!
