Love and his team were so helpful. I had smashed my phone and had no idea what to do. I luckily had insurance so they talked me through the steps and made it so seamless and easy. Best service I’ve ever had in a phone store. Love was very knowledgeable and helping multiple customers at a time which was amazing.

Great little phone shop. Staff are second to none, polite, friendly, helpful and in the know with the latest technology. Staff are willing to go the extra mile to provide a great, informative service. Plans are affordable with a good amount of data. Will be recommending this Optus shop to anyone in need of a good phone and and good service. Thank you guys great job 👏

Great service very helpful and friendly. Purchased 356 day prepaid inserted sim card for me which I appreciated. Also a good price saved a lot of money changing providers

Came in to help an old friend who was with Telstra upgrade. Telstra wasn't helpful but Optus gave him great service and hints how to keep his costs down. Couldn't be happier
