Amazing stay in the centre of Melbourne. Perfectly located in the middle of the CBD. The heritage queen room was very generously sized for the price. A brilliant bargain I cannot fault. The staff were lovely and the gym was great. Small but you rarely have to share. Definitely recommended 👍

Quite enjoyed our 3 night stay at this central well situated hotel, the beds were comfy, staff were prompt and the shower was great. The room we stayed at was well ventilated.

My stay with the family at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Thanks for the free upgrade to a newly renovated room, it was the cherry on top of an already delightful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, style, and outstanding hospitality. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Loved the place. Located in a great position, not far from great locations, theatres and good restaurants in Little Collins St. Staff was courteous and helpful. Enjoyed using the little gym too.

I had a fantastic stay here, cleaning service every day, right in the CBD, so excellent location, they provide rooms with fresh towels, linen, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There's a safe in each room that you can set your own pin for. There's a mini fridge as well. Room had an iron and ironing board, closet to hang your clothes up. The views weren't the best and the room size is small but makes up for in quality and location.

After a lovely meal out on the town we were recommended to hit up The Victoria Hotel bar and we were not let down.

Aaron working the bar was an absolute gem of an aussie icon and provided the perfect amount of entertainment for us. The hotel is lucky to have him 👌

Drinks are perfect and he done his best to make whatever we were chasing to drink 🍻

Loved our stay here. Great location, perfect rooms, great reception, so helpful. So close to everything. Walking distance and close to jump on a tram to head down to rail stations and airport links. Took the headache out of going anywhere being so centrally located.

Love this hotel. I always come back !!! The staff are amazing especially Alice at Reception, she’s always friendly smiling full of happiness. She went out of her way to help us enjoy our stay. What an asset to the hotel.

Let's start with some simple truisms, that people forget.
1. The Victoria is what it is. A 3 star hotel. It's simple and it's not trying to be something it just can't be.
2. Shut up about the location. Where the heck else are you going to get a hotel room so smack bang in the middle of Melbourne that you can't walk more than 20 paces in any direction without being hit by incredible food choices.
3. No, Georges is no longer next door / across the road. Yeah, I still haven't got used to this, either.

I've been a The Victoria fan since the 1980's when I first used this hotel. In that time, the staff has changed multiple times. What hasn't changed is that:
* room service will go out of their way to provide you with a simple CLEAN room each day of your stay.
* the front desk staff will help you with whatever you need, as when you need it.
* the location of this place is just brilliant.
* they have never billed themselves as being something they aren't. This is a 3 star hotel, in the middle of the CBD. Of course there isn't a view. What are you asking for - the hanging gardens of Babylon?

The hotel is in the centre of Melbourne, walking distance (on an average of 30 mins) to great food locations including Hardware Lane and Victoria Markets), Bourke St is about 5 minutes walk away

Overall very good. Got a Christmas party in Melbourne travel thought Inteterstate. And the hotel location is wonderful. Right in the middle of the city.
Shower is nice tower, Internet, aircon, great spaces in the room, etc.
Somehow I don't have giving toothbrush and toothpaste. Might be a request or I couldn't find it.

I've used this hotel each January for Aus Open tennis. Always been happy with room, location and service. This time I was pleasantly suprised to learn my room had been upgraded! I recommend this hotel to all visitors! Well done Victoria Hotel!

This hotel is a good centralised location for me to walk around the town. It is convenient for me to explore what’s in the city and I can possibly walks to every nearby places where I wanted to visit.

Counter staff’s service is generally ok.

Room housekeeping is up to standard too. During the 6 days staying in the hotel, my room were always got tidied up every time I come back to the room.

They have a luggage room available to keep luggage for temporary in case there’s any buffer time after checking out hotel. Just ask from the counter staff.

A very pleasant stay! Room was very clean and modern. Modern bathroom! Very affordable parking! Staff couldn’t do enough for you! We will stay again next year !

The Victoria Hotel is in a great location that is walking distance to everything within the CBD. The rooms are clean and new and the staff are friendly. The hotel has a later than normal checkout and are able to store your bags if needed. I've stayed here a few times on holidays and had a great experience wach time.

We stayed two nights this hotel is clean and well priced, very close to the Main Street of Melbourne CBD. I highly recommend

Even though we had booked a twin bed room, the beds were king singles so plenty of space. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of space in the room itself.
It was just missing a fridge to store little bits of food and drink. Buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful. The selection of food was awesome. Great value for money at only $22 if booked ahead of time. Will definitely stay here again when in the city!

Central location, reasonably priced. Very clean and staff welcoming. Would stay again.
