Amazing customer service, gorgeous flower arrangement. Barb is fantastic, has created the most beautiful 12 vases for my 50th Birthday, to decorate a restaurant, all the guests have commented and have been in awe of how awesome everything looked. Thank you so much Barb for creating magic!!!!

Barb did the flowers for our wedding in March this year. She was so easy to work with and provided great insights and advice. The flowers on the day were amazing - we couldn't have been happier. The ceremony and reception location looked incredible. The day was so hot but the flowers held up incredibly and lasted for ages. I would recommend Barb without hesitation. The price was incredibly reasonable as well.

I have been going to Highett Florist for a few years now both for special occasions and my own personal flowers. Barb and her sister are always kind and helpful. The quality of their flowers is exceptional and their arrangements are always beautiful. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been regularly buying flowers for my wife from Highett Florist for several years, at least once a fortnight. I have enjoyed the most excellent service from Barb and Flora on every occasion and have never had cause to fault either the beautiful flowers nor the magnificent way they wrap the bouquets - better than any other florist I have ever purchased from.

I happened to be in the shop on the recent occasion when Kushagra, who had left a negative review, was there. I feel inclined to speak in Barb and Flora's defence as, although this woman was very rude on a very busy afternoon - pointing and jabbing her finger and treating them in a demeaning way, they remained polite and wrapped the flowers to the usual high standard. Perhaps this woman should go to Woolworths for her flowers in future, as she clearly does not appreciate the different standards between the two.

I would recommend Highett Florist to anybody and have often done so. The long-stemmed roses I have been buying recently last easily two weeks, and Barb always puts away the most beautiful tulips for me when they are available, knowing they are a favourite of my wife. It is always a pleasure to go into the shop filled with the most perfect floral arrangements and chat with her the way one would an old friend.

Do yourself a favour and visit this fabulous shop and avail yourself of good, old-fashioned service and beautiful flowers.

Walked in without an order, and asked the florist in-store to come up with something sweet for my friend's 29th birthday. She was amazing, gave me the most beautiful bunch of flowers and at a reasonable price. My friend loved them!

The team at Highett Florist put together some amazing arrangements for our engagement party, they were really the talk of the night. The service provided was nothing short of exceptional and we will definitely be coming back!

Went to the florist expecting the same experience as before and topped my expectations this time too. The lady was amazing with suggesting the flowers within my budget, gorgeous flowers and nicely put together, couldn’t be happier ;))

I went in this morning (in a mad rush) to see if I could get two corsages made for my grandparents anniversary that was due to start an hour after I walked into the store. The service here is absolutely incredible. It was a last minute thing and the lovely florist was so accommodating and made some lovely corsages.

Hi I went into this beautiful flower shop today for the first time and was blown away not only by the customer service of the beautiful owner by the name of Barb, but the arrangement she did for me was just beautiful and well priced.l left it up to her as she is the expert, I can’t begin to tell you how much my niece loved it and how much I loved it. This florist, run by 2 lovely ladies, is the best florist in this area.The flowers are always fresh and last for ages, and there is a fantastic variety of arrangements.We have bought our flowers from them for years.

Beautiful range and lovely and helpful management. I asked for advice and got this beautiful arrangement to give as an anniversary gift for my parents. Very happy and will be back.

Oh I was so very happy with my buy. I had to buy 3 bouquets of flowers. I arrived early … 8:45am. Wow!! What service . The bouquets were all assembled and ready and made with respect and thought … I was out of there by 9am.
I’d recommend and go back any time.
