I just wanted to appreciate the support and knowledge that ‘Riley’ (a staff member) shared who works at Mornington Branch while we were purchasing a washing machine for our house. He was super friendly and knowledgable about the products and was able to assist us with recommending a good product for a reasonable price. Thank you and hats off for your service.

My partner and I went for a perusal last week for new massage gun. Let’s just say my experience couldn’t have been better. Alex was very quick to greet me and his product knowledge is amazing, ended up selling me a coffee machine. Thankyou Alex. You are worth every star.

Not often these days do you receive great customer service. My experience at GG Mornington was very positive and a big shout out to Amanda in the kitchen appliances dept who helped me out with a coffee machine purchase. I was not satisfied with the quality of the coffee produced from my new machine and returned the unit to the store the next day. The original sales assistant wasn't available, however Amanda stepped in and without hesitation, assisted me with an exchange for a different automatic coffee machine. I was so relieved and the new unit works flawlessly. Thank you Good Guys Mornington - will be back for future purchases - great support & service.

How can any customer turn down the great deals, always on offer? As a concierge member, I love the store credits I receive - and I love my vacuum. Still going strong after a year. Thanks again.

I recently bought a fridge and washing machine from here and from beginning to end the experience was fantastic. One of the salesmen, Kane, helped to pick out what suited my needs best and then ensured from purchase to delivery to installation the whole process went as smooth as possible. Great prices and even better customer service!

Friendly staff and very helpful also very good bargains to be had, will go back every time. Only changes are new products and new bargains also maybe one or two new staff, I'll still like to go back any time.
Yes The Good Guys has changed, the entire store has been refurbished, I think it's better now than before thumbs up to The Good Guys.

Had an issue with a laptop. Very friendly service, extremely apologetic that their return system was running so slowly. Due to this the return took a little bit longer than expected but the lovely customer service woman kept me informed through the whole process.

Paperwork was done and I was given a replacement laptop on the spot. One very happy customer.

Our fridge stopped working in ISO 2.0 and we had to purchase a new one via online searching as all Vic stores are closed. Fortunately we rang David from the Good Guys in Mornington who had helped us previously with a dishwasher that stopped working in ISO 1.0. Knowledgeable and honest, he very quickly sourced a fridge for us that we didn't have to wait months for. Paid for over the phone on Friday at 4.30pm, we had a new fridge delivered on Saturday morning. Great service and highly recommend David from the Good Guys Mornington.

Buy all of our electrical and household goods from here due to the excellent service provided by Borris. Always looks after us, knows his products exceptionally well and keeps us always coming back. Feel no need to shop around with his service.

I previously left a post about my terrible experience with the Conierge Insurance.
I then decided to ring the store and spoke with Andrew one of the managers.
The service from here was extremely swift and high quality.
He took the stress out of my hands and had a brand new washing machine within 2 days.
Jill in store was amazing and sorted out all the paper work, which there was a lot.
They also organised a $100 gift card to help cover the cost of the laundromat.

The good guys are generally good guys (* and gals!). Had an online offer from Harvey Norman price matched, and then they let me put it on hold until an egift card came thru. Never had a bad experience at this store or the one in Frankston.

Keiran was fantastic and looked after me I went in for only one thing and ended up spending nearly 5000 due to the service. A clear asset to the store and this is coming from someone who has managed in retail for over 15 years. I poach him if I could
