The LuWOW

As soon as you take the steps up into the bar, you step into a different world altogether. Bright red, purple and orange hues, with so much going on (in a good way) you wouldn't know where to look first. Had a very happy and uplifting vibe. Decor themed to a resort and tropical style tiki bar. Very good small space layout design, and good air circulation so it's not stuffy in there either. Delicious cocktails. Fast and friendly service.

LuWow is definitely Wow! Straight up the decor and vibe have your senses spinning (if you are someone that gets over stimulated, be warned lol)! We tried a good range of cocktails, and each one delivered. My favourite was a tie between the Kona Koffee Kup and Saturnalia. Hubby's was the Cocktail of doom. Food was tasty. Staff were friendly, speedy, and attentive. Could be a favourite.

Stumbled across the LuWow whilst wondering about Melbourne and it was fantastic. The staff are all super fun and friendly, the music was great. The menu is full of fun graphics and so so so many tasty cocktails. The decorations here are crazy. You can look around for ages and spot new things. Definitely a super fun spot to head to for some super delicious drinks and bites to eat.

The drinks are amazing and fun, i highly recommend the bikini bottom if you love pina coladas. The food was also delicious. The atmosphere is so fun and unique, feels like you have been transported to another country. Lots of fun, definitely coming back!

We visited on a Thursday afternoon when it was pretty quiet, I prefer bars during off-peak hours so it was perfect. The decor is amazing, super fun & kitsch, transports you into a whole other world for the duration of your visit. I had a mocktail, my friend had an actual alcoholic drink; both were excellent, really well balanced flavour-wise, presentation was lovely too.

We stumbled across this place while exploring Melbourne and just had to say yes! They have some delicious non alcoholic options.

Cool little bar down little Collins St, went past once before & couldn't get a seat but lucky this time ,awesome cocktails great service definitely go back, be sure to book a table or view over the lane way ,good times to be had ✌

This bar is a complete VIBE. Food was delicious, drinks are creative and fun, and the atmosphere is amazing and funky! Our new favourite spot. Will definitely be back. Absolutely love it.

Where to start with our review of The LuWOW.

We've now been to this bar maybe on a dozen occasions over different days and times and can honestly say we have never been disappointed. The drinks might seem pricey but honestly they are worth every single cent - as you can actually taste the alcohol and doesn't feel like you're drinking cordial.

The service leaves us smiling every time - at worst, they have been polite, attentive and friendly and at best, they are eclectic and obviously enjoy working there, which is just infectious energy.

If you're looking for a neat, cookie cutter bar with basic drinks and Hot 50 hits playing - then do yourself a favour and don't come here.

If you want the opposite of that, then welcome!

Visited here on Friday night for our anniversary and had the best time! From the moment we arrived we were enjoying the cool atmosphere!
The staff were all so happy, efficient, and knowledgeable about their product, the cocktails.
The cocktails were delicious and presented immaculately! Had it not been for the Easter Island Iced Tea (which was when I realised I had definitely had enough), we would have stayed for longer!!
Also, the music, cool as!
Ohhh and the Choc Brownie... that cream, so bloody good!!
Thanks for a great night, we can't wait to come back!

What a place ! As soon as you walk in your mood is transformed in a positive way …if you are looking for somewhere with an uplifting vibe and a visually appealing atmosphere with lively happy music ..great cocktail’s and snacks ..then this is the place to go ! Max was a gem to be served by ..he seemed to know what we needed..the owner Barbara is a very warm host….staff in general are warm and welcoming..we were visiting from Sydney and will definitely come back the next trip to Melbourne…

THIS IS SUCH A VIBE! I was walking home and could not resist walking in and having a drink. So much fun and character!

Came here to meet my friend after work. She is vegetarian so we made sure that the menu was vegetarian friendly. Great atmosphere, fun staff and delicious food / drinks. We ended up getting the baked potatoes, cheese quesadilla, veg tacos and chilli veg share plate of tacos. Yum!

Such a cool place. Vibes amazing and the staff is just lovely. Drinks food are good too. I went on a Tuesday and it was awesome. Go for a little hawai trip and back.
