KFC Vermont

Went through the drive through late at night and was served over the speaker by Vince who was pleasantly enthusiastic and professional while placing my order. He then informed me of a delay to an item on my menu that I would have to park for. After waiting not very long at all, Vince jogged the order out to me and was extremely apologetic for a totally acceptable and short delay, especially for an order so late at night. Vince also ensured all the food as part of the order was fresh and hot for the wait. Fantastic service, would return to this location due to this experience alone 👍👍

As a vegan, I am unsure about the establishment, but as a not vegan, I love chicken and I love devouring small little tiny birds put it in my mouth. Put an egg in my mouth, put a butter in my mouth and put a frying pan in my mouth and mix it all together and fried up yummy Yum so many KFC to consume so little time life is so short. Enjoy life. I placed my order online and picked it up at the store.

I was asked if I could wait for the chicken for 6.5 minutes. I'm content to hold out for it.
And as they said, it took around 6 minutes.

For making me wait, they handed me a free chocolate mousse. Excellent service.

A very nice and hospitable KFC store! Every stuff provides a good service, treats customers very responsibly, willing to listen to customers' requests and answer them patiently, so that meets every customers' needs perfectly.

It’s hard to come across consistency when getting fast food. This KFC is the best KFC I have ever been to. Consistently they provide quality products and fantastic customer service. Can’t go wrong with this venue. Keep up the fantastic work!

This place is great! I think they must clean their oil more frequently, compared to others as the taste is cleaner. Everything comes out fresh and crisp and their service team is very good. Well done!

Drive thru order was mixed up and I got zingers instead of original..... I hate spicy food so the dog enjoyed it. Fast response from customer service today offering a $20 voucher to replace the meal. Thankyou, I appreciate good customer service.

Was Served by Vince (1 June 2018) at KFC Vermont. Had great customer services. He went over and beyond what the majority of the staff do at any KFC and offered to make my order fresh(HOT!!) All to long I get soggy and/or mildly warm food at KFC (This for me is now an expected norm) But not tonight thanks to Vince!! Awesome work.

Top end customer service delivered by the store manager Alanah. Had missed out on a portion of wings, when called back she promptly responded insisting to get it delivered to my house herself which she did with tons more in the delivered bag. Thank you Alanah.

The nicest Zinger burger I've had ever. And I've had a few from a lot of different KFCs. It had plenty of Mayo and chicken that hadn't been sitting in a bain Marie for 30 minutes. Fast, efficient service.

Do you know I went there to lean against their east wall and sit in the sun 🌞& drink a coffee - no chicken was harmed by me in this activity. I have a photo which I've added - I shall return with a fold up chair next time 😀

Always have freshly fried chicken... service is great as well..

Ordered 12 pieces of chicken, got 5 drumsticks, 2 breasts, 3 wings and 1 butt. Happy with the selection!
