Possibly the best customer service I have ever had, Leong was friendly, warm and polite as soon as I walked in the door, checked my ID in a friendly way and offered to help me find what I needed. He then served me when I went down to pay for my drinks, offered to get me a box and helped me to fit my drinks in my backpack, keeping his incredible, friendly attitude. As someone who works in retail, I'd like to say people like Leong are who we should all aspire to be. Top service, great prices and amazing range 👌

Such a greeting from the staff. Always making sure I get the help I need. When I walk in I always get greeted from a girl named Elana. She's always smiling, chatting at the register with customers.
I walk out with a smile myself.

Meant to stop by quickly but ended up doing a tasting with Shelley. She was so lovely and super helpful, and the products we tried were great. Very enjoyable experience.

Great variety, friendly staff and not too big of a store. Champagne was more expensive than the Ringwood store.

Good layout and friendly knowledgeable staff. Could do with more lighting. Very dark inside that can make you feel cramped.

James and Dan gave the best customer service I’ve ever had. They went out of their way to help me and arranged cases of Pirate Life IPA be transported to the store and then messaged me when it came in.

You cannot not love Dan's

Went to this store at first only because it stocks 700ml Black Sambuca but now it's my go-to place. Easy access, easy parking, friendly staff and items rarely ever out of stock. Now Molinari extra is my drink of choice thanks to this one store - I would have never discovered it otherwise!!

The prices are great, members specials are always a great buy. The staff are brilliant. Very helpful & genuinely friendly staff who are happy in their workplace. Don't have a negative comment at all. Thanx guyz 👏 👏 👏 from me, the lady with the different colours in my fringe lol 😂

I recently went to place an online order with Dan’s and was surprised when there was an option for delivery within 2 hours, at 6:30pm on a Tuesday night. Thought ‘Why not, let’s see what happens!’ and the order arrived 40 minutes later... fantastic service!

As usual too much choice friendly helpful staff good service good prices I feel all Dan Murphy's stores offer the same.

Best liquor store for Aussie
