MOMO Traralgon

Came here for breaky. Was impressed. Coffee was pretty good, poached eggs , sourdough, dukkah. Beautiful combo. Bit small portion size but couldn't fault. It's a bit dark on the morning probably due to the large space and being further from the window.

Probably the best burger I've ever had. Crispy on the outside beautifully cooked inside. Great "secret" Momo sauce whatever that was. Not so big you couldn't eat it but not so small as if you didn't feel you got what you paid for. Also had the fried chicken here which was equally delicious. Service was stupidly prompt and efficient. Meals came really fast. Only criticism and it's such a small one. Way too much Ice in the makers mark. Watered it down badly. Other than that 10/10 visit.

Lovely cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and the hotcakes were insanely good. A peaceful start to the day for a weary corporate traveller.

You can tell the kitchen staffs make very smart choices for their recipes. Staffs are friendly. Highly recommended. Only downside is that I live an hour and 45 minutes away and keep thinking about going to this place.

Visited Momo’s restaurant for lunch today. Our first time, but won’t be our last. This business ticks all the right boxes;
Friendly attentive waitresses, reasonable prices, excellent menu, local wines and a pleasant ambiance.
Service was prompt and efficient. The food was beautifully presented and the balance of flavours was superb.
We went with the Risotto and a Duck salad, both excellent and recommended dishes.
To the Staff and Management, all we can add is ‘Well Done’ Team. In these difficult times we wish you well and much success in the future.

Do I recommend this business….yes, absolutely. If you are ever visiting Traralgon, drop in and enjoy a great dining experience.

Good spot this one. Varied menu, attentive staff, the food was very good and so was the coffee. Ambience was unusally a little “dark”, seemed too much to all at our table. Nevertheless we enjoyed our meals.

This was a great way to end my trip up to Traralgon! Couldn’t recommend it more. The service was amazing with friendly staff. The food was top tier- everyone must try the pork tacos. Coming back again for sure

BEST BREAKFAST EVER! The Avo Smash is now my favorutie breakfast - smashed avocado, 2 poached eggs, crispy kale, pomegranate, goats cheese on sourdough.
My iced coffee with vanilla was good too.
The service was great. Rather than one server being dedicated to our spot, many different servers came up to us if they saw we were finished or trying to catch someone's eye. The service was super quick (but not rush) because of this. Additionally, all of the staff were lovely. I wish I caught our servers name - if I'm not mistaken, I don't remember seeing a name badge (maybe management should look into it so customers can shout out great employees when they are too awkward to ask😂).
The only slight downfall of this place is the acoustics- polished concrete floors, smooth walls and high industrial looking ceilings. When it is ¾ full it is a bit nosy, not nosy enough that you can't hear the person across from you, but just nosy enough that you can't completely relax. The decor and furnishings are really lovely, modern and industrial.
I would definitely recommend this place for your next gathering or lil breakfast date.

The menu selection is mouth watering. The staff are insanely friendly. The chips are some of the crispiest I've ever had. The fried chicken burger is also soo crispy and the flavours are so well balanced. A really good experience here 😁 thanks!

The chili scrambled eggs were amazing. Coffee was excellent. The indoor area has excellent acoustics for such a large space.

Best coffee in Traralgon!!! And that is backed up with friendly service and genuinely nice people looking after you. Generous portions and can organise large dinners. The upstairs dining room is great for functions. A real gem!

Beautiful vibes and atmosphere with all of the reclaimed materials used in the decor.
The staff were really attentive and helpful.
Last but not least the food. The food was incredible it had our whole table blown away. 2 of us shared the 2 person share platter, everything was excellent and you can tell it was made with the customer in mind.

Was driving from Eden to Melbourne and decided to stop for dinner around 8pm with my little kiddo who was tired of sitting in the car. As soon as he set his eyes on the small nook with lots of toys, he didnt want to go elsewhere. The barista was kind enough to let us sit on the lounges in the nook.

Next up was order time. As mentioned by many, they dont hve a lot of options. And for vegetarians like us, there were close to none. Thankfully, the cheff said he could do a vege gnocci. I dont regret ordering it. It was yummy.

We also ordered bruchetta and bowl of veggies. They were amazing and were served in under 15 mins. We ordered coffee for take away and it was amazing.

I dont have any complaints for the ambience too. I thought it was great too. The washrooms were tiled and were like we usually see at airport lounges.

Food was amazing. 10/10. Slightly expensive but worth every penny. I'd recommend Momos to anyone. The spinach arancinis were the best I've had. Staff is friendly and professional.

Great casual food made by chefs that really know what they are doing - probably one the best squid ink seafood pasta I ever had. Attentive staff, the waiter recommended cocktails when we were undecided and upsell on desserts. Modern bistro style food that is on the beat!

Great location, service and food. I'd highly recommend the basque cheesecake if sweets are up your alley!

What a wonderful place. Rachel was our waitress, she was kind and thoughtful and went above and beyond for us. I wish I could leave more stars. Will come here again

We are visiting from Brisbane and went out to dinner with friends and my coeliac daughter. The effort that the staff went to to ensure my daughters food was safe was beyond exceptional. Nikki was our waitress and she was so helpful and the service was 5 star. Thank you to all the staff who made our night. I highly recommend if your looking for good food and exceptional service.
We will be back!

Really nice meal, coffee and cakes. Plenty of room though it was a little dark. Highly recommend.
