KFC Footscray

This KFC was one of the neatest & tidiest stores I have been to.
Credit to staff & management. 👏

Waited 30 minutes for my food then they gave a free 1.25l drink and a few more pieces of chicken with chips for compensation.

First of all, the fried chicken was perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful meat on the inside. It was clear that the chicken was freshly cooked and not sitting around under a heat lamp for too long and the dining area was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating available.

Was super busy, and to be honest I'm not the biggest KFC fan (I like crispy, and in Australia KFC fails to deliver; at this price they need to deliver).
The staff where amazing under huge pressure, I got some pop corn chicken (stripes were sold out 😭) which was nice, the fries where piping hot and perfectly seasoned.

All in all this is a good KFC. I'll try some other menu items next time.

There's always this one young lady who always remedies mistakes or makes sure everything was okay.
Unfortunately the location of the kfc always makes the atmosphere bit unsafe.
I always receive weird looks by young customers

Consistently good. My go to when you need quick feed.

Fast service through drive thru. Had the freshest hottest chicken and chips that i actually enjoyed it.

Some of the best fried chicken I've tasted. Decent service. Thanks for a great meal 😀

I've been here a bunch of time recently (renovating a house) and I have to say it's been consistently good! Fresh food, fast service, friendly service. That's all I can ask for

Dear Footscray KFC,

We love you so much. No matter how inconsistent and annoying you are, we will show up, rain, hail or shine, to get salty chips and fantastic customer service.

Pretty please rectify these two issues we have:
1) Please move the QR code from the motion activated sliding glass front door.
2) Please cook your chips for a little bit longer (to the point where they are always hot and crispy) and add more delicious salt.

I hope you hear these friendly constructive criticisms, and know that’s it’s coming from a place of love.

A young gentleman by the name of Rocky found my I phone whilst delivering KFC on a scooter. He made contact with us and enabled us to collect the phone via drive through. Honest good man. Go get your KFC. Good people work at this store!

Am not sure about others however i like the food . It was fresh and fast services.
I didn't like the way how they serve before however i like it now. I don't want to mention the manger name. But she was a female. So friendly and helping her team . Team was perfect even though it was busy. I like them and i like how the manger and the team members handle the situation...
They are the best .

First time in a long time my KFC was super hot and freshly cooked. Staff polite and friendly.

Betty, an outstanding worker who helped me throughout the orders down to the pick up. Her kindness and thoughful comments towards my kids is outstanding.

Had an issue with my order and not only did they fix it, they upgraded it to a large.

Solid staff who are relaxed which show good management.

Online pick up order. Chicken was fresh and hot, chips were fresh , hot and well seasoned! This was a 5 star visit!

My family likes the burgers and hot and spicy chicken. I like it because KFC gives me a seniors discount. Thank you KFC
