Coffee is slow comparison yo other McDonald's.

I ordered a coffee on its own, I was number 149.

Food was getting promptly made.
There was nobody standing at the barista machine.

I asked, and was told to wait, that he was aware of the coffee order, and the staff would make my coffee soon.

However no.160 with food came out before my coffee no.149.
They need someone at the barista machine all the time. Coffee production is ignored. Lovely staff but prioritization is not up to McDonald's cafe standards.

This is not a one-off.
This happens every single time I order coffee at this particular McDonald's.

Swapnil is the best. Bro carries at front counter. When this guy works you can trust your order is getting made. The manager, Clair, is a beast. She has a sleeper build and will yeet any snow snorters out of the store. She is not to be messed with.

Great new Maccas opposite of Southern Cross Station with new version of self-service ordering machine. Hope they don’t break down that often.

They gave me 7 chicken nuggets instead of 6. True heroes

Watching a lad behind the counter be abused by an old fat roid muncher who couldn't work out how to use the Order and pay system. Dignified response and totally professional.. Being informed by 2 staff members a few minutes apart they were just waiting on gravy for my fries. Can't fault them

The staff here are very hardworking and smash out orders rapidly. No matter how busy they are, they remains friendly and welcoming.

Had the best coffee ever this morning cafe is quick perfect texture , temperature and overall divine experience. The girl giving out coffee was polite and friendly.

Everyone in this review section are all miserable gimps and need to grow up and get a life This isn't a Michelian star restaurant you broke losers are a bunch of sooks. Btw this is best maccas ever goated store.

As busy as it was the service was quick

Hubby and I have stayed in Melbourne for the last 4 days and had breakfast there every morning (loved the omelette, just the right size). The staff was nice and friendly. Found the place clean. 😁

I was having a bad experience on the night of 23/05/2023 and vraj and khushi helped me out immensely. could never say thank you enough.

Yuvi is the best, such a legend. He deserves a promotion so good. Let us stay warm even when he was cleaning so good the best.

My frappè was super fresh and so was my hashbrown🙏 shortouts to jake the blond one for having super service

Food can sometimes take a while with a high volume of people but the food is like any other Maccas - staff are more friendly here than other outlets

Great Macca's Feed when you get off the train at Southern Cross, watching the people everywhere.

Got order and described, no dramas and solid maccas!
