Best customer service I have experienced in a while. Great staff energy, continue the good job.

Great service from Chloe. She called me up to assist with my new home loan product and the information she provided to me wasn't shared by my broker, which was very valuable. She was very knowledgeble and was patient enough to answer all my queries. It was a pleasure talking to her. I already have loans with the big 4's, but the service I got at BOM/St George is something that I had never expeirenced with the big 4's. Keep up the good work!

The customer service of Bank of Melbourne is appalling. I can’t even speak to a real human anymore. What an absolute joke. Considering moving to another bank. All branches close to me have been closed as well. Seriously so fed up with the lack of customer care and having to talk to robots

Absolutely useless service when attempting to lodge POA documents

Don't use the ATM here, especially to make deposits. Useless.

Must be easy to run a bank. Get paid millions to not be open on weekends.

Most banks leave their internet banking service running 24 hours per day seven days per week. I can't work out this bank's internet banking hours. They have the title to my house (which is fully paid for but they won't release the title). They have my money but with no reliable internet banking service I can't even get some to pay bills.

Hopeless internet banking website and an even more hopeless customer service officer who hangs up the call when she can't answer your question. I simply asked how to know the interest rates for an existing customer because the website goes round and round in a loop... Centrelink must be the major shareholder of Bank of Melbourne... Employ people with a brain in between their ears...

Worse customer service and attitude.
Don't know how to help a customer, actually not eligible for one star, will definitely close my account from this bank for sure.
