Had my routine check up and clean with Dr Katherine and had the loveliest experience! Such a gentle and professional manner, and talked me through what she was doing every single step of the way. Highly recommend and will happily go back!

I am so happy I found Brunswick Dental Group and Dr Eden Ambrose specifically. He's so thorough, friendly and calming, really takes the time and effort to diagnose and treat; and now a problem I've had for two decades as finally healed after two appointments! No other dentist has been able to do this.

I've had problems with bleeding and tender gums for about two decades, and all my previous dentists just gave me cursory cleans - in and out in 10 minutes - and told me "floss and brush and it will go away"... It didn't, until I came here.

Very thorough inspection, and an even more thorough clean! Deep right into the problem areas. It was so bad that it needed two hour-long sessions and an anaesthetic, but it didn't hurt at all, and Dr Ambrose's bedside manner put me at ease.

After the really deep clean, my gums have finally stopped bleeding after twenty years and several different dentists. Dr Ambrose was also kind enough to call me a week later to check that my gums were doing okay.

I love this place, and I'm recommending it to all my friends. I'm coming back here. I feel really cared for, and that they really, genuinely, want the best for your oral health.

As someone with terrible dental anxiety, I am so glad I found Dr Eden and especially Leianna. Both of them were so kind and provided informative care with zero judgement. The reception staff are also so nice and professional. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr Jim and his caring manner made my experience so comforting and eased my high anxiety. He ensured my treatment was comfortable and all my questions for my dental treatment were answered.

I had an awesome experience coming here! Everyone was very friendly and comforting. I had my appointment with Dr Eden Ambrose and I would definitely recommend seeing him. I told him that I had never really been taught much about oral health and he kindly explained a few important things to know and was very kind. If you are nervous about the dentist or are looking for a really good one, come here!

Always very accommodating.
All the staff have been very friendly over the years and Dr Jim has always looked after me in a very caring manner.
With major work , he makes a follow up call the next day to make sure thinks are ok.
Even the dental hygienists are highly professional and make each visit a memorable experience.
Highly recommended especially those in the Brunswick area.

Would not hesitate to recommend Eden (dentist) and Leianna (hygienist). I don't think I've come across anyone in the healthcare industry that cares as deeply about their role as these two. Highly recommended to anyone with has dental anxiety. They are very welcoming and eager to ensure your treatment is as comfortable as possible.

Dr Yazmine is the absolute best dentist I've ever been to, they looked after me when my tooth cracked- on a Sunday no less! She is kind and compassionate and goes out of her way to give the best service she can, all while charging reasonable fees. I will recommend this dental clinic to every person I know! We all hate going to the dentist, but if you have to(and you should)... come to this one.

One word: WOW.
To say I was blown away would be the understatement of the century. Being fairly high maintenance about my teeth, I’ve always had routine check ups and preventative work where necessary. When my regular dentist retired a few years ago, I bounced around to a few different dentists, with none really ticking all the boxes. The last dentist I saw for about two years but they ended up botching a filling replacement quite significantly after putting it off for a number of visits stating they “didn’t want to drill unless absolutely necessary”. While I respect and appreciate this attitude, if it’s causing any issues, I believe it should absolutely be dealt with.
Of course, I ended up with terrible discomfort, requiring the filling to be replaced, which is when the real issues arose.
The discomfort from prior to the replacement was mildly soothed but food would continuously get caught where the new filling was, the tooth was now incredibly sensitive and it began to have a smell when flossing (gross!).
I chose to make the switch to Brunswick Dental Group on a friend’s referral, and Alexandra managed to find me a cancellation at short notice before I left for an extended holiday.
The appointment was with Katherine and from the get-go she was gentle in her approach and had incredible communication.
Katherine and Stella took a couple of X-rays and it was agreed that the filling should ideally be replaced (again..).
Though it was a lengthy process, the diligence and care was something like I’ve never experienced.
Since being replaced the filling is completely unnoticeable and feels like a real tooth again.
There is ZERO sensitivity, which Katherine said was unlikely to be resolved, setting very realistic expectations given the proximity to the nerve.
Any issues when flossing have been completely resolved too.

Though the dental health issues were the primary reason I attended BDG, the icing on the cake (probably the wrong figure of speech for a dentist review) was the fact that it didn’t leave me broke at the end of the whole process.

I can’t thank Katherine, Stella and Alexandra enough for the exceptional care and can’t wait to come back in 6 months.
I’ve already made sure to let my family and friends know that they have to make the switch - after all, the teeth that Katherine is looking after sit in a very big, loud mouth.

ps MASSIVE bonus points to the clinic for genuinely caring. There was an elderly gentleman with mobility issues ahead of me in the hallway and one of the other dentists (I believe Dr Jim Yannopoulos from the website photos) was so gentle with him and his wife, assisting them both with getting down the hallway safely.
Really lovely to see.

Very welcoming staff making you feel super comforting and well cared for 😌 I initially came here with a treatment plan from another clinic (from Sydney), Dr Jim examined me thoroughly and advised me why I don't need most of the prescribed work done. Love this client-first and non-invasive approach. The cleanup procedure and a filling I needed to do were beautifully done. Cannot recommend Brunswick Dental Group highly enough! 🙏

Exceptional care provided by people that love their job. Every visit I learn something new and get inspired to take better oral care.

Leianna (dental hygienist) made my teeth cleaning appointment as comfortable of an experience as possible. She was very careful and talked me through everything she was doing. I really appreciated the desensitizing gels she applied while cleaning. Dr Ambrose (dentist) was also very informative during my checkup, and my overall experience at Brunswick Dental Group has been very positive. I plan to stick with this clinic for future appointments.

Jim, Katherine and the dentistry team have been wonderful - answered all my questions, and made me feel very secure during my Invisalign treatment.

The receptionists are brilliant as well!
