Kavalri have been fantastic to deal with! My initial consultation was with Mimi who was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect design for me and my partner. At the ring collection I was two hours late due to crazy Melbourne weather and traffic but the Kavalri staff were more than accommodating and stayed back to make sure I’d be able to pick up my engagement ring. I can’t recommend them more!!!

The jeweler went above and beyond by making the ring earlier than expected, despite the short time frame. They really nailed it! 😄💍👏 Their speedy delivery was impressive too. My partner and I were impressed with the level of service and also the engagement ring options; both of the Michelle’s were thorough by asking all the right questions, showed us different ring styles and also helped us with a custom ring which included a beautiful 2ct diamond.

The entire process was easy with great communication. I love that the lab diamonds are at the same quality as real diamonds with the same composition and most importantly conflict free.

The stand out for me was the customer service provided from the team at Kavalri, Michelle was amazing! Id booked an overseas holiday with my special lady, in the hope of proposing to my partner during this trip. Id obviously not given much thought into how long it would take to craft a ring a special as those on offer from this boutique jeweler. Given the short notice, Michelle was able to offer a solution in the form of a 'proposal ring' for me to take with me on the trip, whilst the ring was being made. What a relief! Fast forward a few weeks, the deed was done and I came home with who I know call my fiancé. We received a notification from the team that our order was ready for collection, much sooner than we'd anticipated. My partner came with me this time and had a look around the showroom before receiving her beautifully crafted oval solitaire engagement ring. Michelle sat us both down and went through the finer details of the ring, certificate, insurance, maintenance, resizing options and even a nice bottle of champers to celebrate the special occasion, which was really nice and left s lasting impression.
