Great experience. First time staying here and would highly recommend. Travelling with 3 kids (2 being infants) we were welcomed to a room upgrade which we really appreciated. Staying on the 43rd floor we had an amazing view of the city. Close to trams and within walking distance to lots of shops, we'll definitely be staying here again.

The rooms are spacious and the living area big enough for our 2 little ones to crawl/walk around. The kitchen had everything we needed and the layout of the apartment was great.

Love that you need a key to get into the front doors/reception, meant that people off the street walking past can't just walk in.

Overall, great experience and the 2 bedroom price was affordable. We will be staying here again next time we're in Melbourne.

The location of the accommodation was very good, and the hotel manager, DED, was very kind and friendly, so I felt good. I was grateful for the kind service even at night. The condition of the accommodation was very comfortable and good, and the city view was great. I will stay here again next time I stay in Melbourne.

It was a pleasure staying at Collins House Apartments. Ted was amazing at the front desk and made sure we felt welcome. The apartments were exceptionally clean and tidy with an amazing view from the 49th floor. We would definitely recommend!

An enjoyable, pleasant 3 night stay to see some of Melbourne and the location made using transport a breeze.
2 bedroom apartment was fully equipped for all needs for a travelling family and all facilities were clean and modern.

Visiting from Brisbane for the Aus GP and a couple of extra days added on. Fantastic and convenient location for trams , restaurants and shopping. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay here and will rebook next time we are down.

Conveniently located in the CBD with the tram stop nearby. Luggage storage facilities are available, staff are friendly and the Manager is very welcoming, helpful and responsive with communication. Rooms are tidy and well equipped. Have stayed here a few times already and it's always a good experience.

We loved our stay at Collins house. The 1 bed apartment was magnificent with really spacious layout and great for our lil fella to crawl around and watch trams far below. Gym was really good and a great spot to explore the city from whether on business or leisure or a combo of both. Walk/Tram around town easily and really good value. Tasteful decor, and fabulous staff made the stay even better. Would highly recommend.

Stay here two nights with families. Great location, very convenient to lots of famous restaurants and the team is one minute walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is very friendly to family with kids.

Highly recommend this property if staying in Melbourne. The service was fantastic and the apartment was new, super clean and had quality furnishings and beds. The best serviced apartment I’ve stayed at by far! Will definitely rebook when in Melbourne again. Staff friendly and very accomodating even providing a late checkout which was great.

Staff where amazing and very accomodating to any request we had over our 4 night stay. They where amazing at helping us secure last minute accommodation during a very busy weekend. The room wash fresh and clean, kitchen had everything we needed. Very central to the city with plenty of transport options. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to the city.

Fabulous location on Collins Street, could walk everywhere in the CBD or trams right outside if going further. We stayed in a 2-bed, 1 bathroom apartment on the 37th floor with amazing views of the city - a real wow when you walk into the apartment!
Very comfortable bed with nice linen. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch (there was also washing powder if you did want to do a wash). Despite the central location it was very quiet in the apartment. There is also a gym but we didn't use. Great communication before our arrival. Rooms are as good as they look in the pictures - would happily stay again!

This Appartment was awesome! It was much better than the photos. The room I had excellent views. A laundry. Large bathroom. Large beds. It was clean. Tidy. Smelt good which is important. The service was excellent!! Everyone was really nice and were really helpful.

This is the second time I have stayed at Collin’s House Appartments and it’s has been great both times with some amazing city views from the room. Great central location and quick access to public transport and only a couple of blocks walk (5-10min) from the Skybus airport transfer drop off location at southern cross station.

Stayed here for 4 nights with a group of friends in a 3 bedroom/2bathroom apartment and it was great.

The place was clean enough (no hotel meets the standard of home sadly) the rooms were spacious, the living space and kitchen were big enough.

I stay in hotels in Melbourne 2 times a month and this was the first time I stayed here. I was impressed

The apartment is very spacious and with a gorgeous night view of Melbourne. Furnitures are chic and cozy. Kitchen with full set of equipments and in-room laundry are convenient. Location’s good; supermarket, restaurants, shops and tourist spots are all in 5 to 10-minute walking distance. Staffs at the receptions are helpful and quick requirement-responsed. Prices of our room on 18 Nov. to 21 Nov. is very sweet. Definitely recommend it.

Rooms were superb, the front desk staff was most helpful in all the matters, the apartment was very much spacious, and its above all a really recommendable, in my next visit 100% i will stay and suggest my friends

Right in the heart of Melbourne CBD. Very clean, modern apartment with nice views. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. Double thumbs up.

I was honestly posivitely surprised by the size of those rooms. Also the view was spectacular, I booked one of those apartments and was on the 44th floor with kitchen, living room and the laundry included. The bedroom was relatively small, but since youve had plenty of other space, didnt care. Kyree the General Manager and the whole team were super nice and its def. become my go-to place in Melbourne especially since its so centrally located (Crowns Casino, Shopping Malls, Sport Stadiums, Docklands, Train station etc.)

Location is superb, nearby everywhere, CBD, easy access, free tram zone, near seven eleven, sealife, yarra river, flinder street station.

Complete amenity, nice service,all things is perfect, sure stay here when back to melbourne
