BullerRoo Luxury Farmstay Australia

A lovely property to spend time at and use as a base for exploring the local region. We could have easily spent all our time at the farm wondering around the fields, watching the animals and enjoying the accommodation. Had the great fortune of seeing the Milky Way in the night sky, something we'll always remember. The owners are a very friendly couple who made us feel at home and shared lots of great tips for exploring the local region.

I had the pleasure of staying at BullerRoo over the summer. Summer was a fantastic time to explore the high country region and the perfect time to enjoy sunset drinks on the roof of BullerRoo.

The property was genuinely immaculate with luxurious modern ammenities, that have a cosy mountain chalet twist.
Everywhere you look has stunning views due to huge floor to ceiling glass windows. Even when you’re inside, you can enjoy the natural beauty of the area which was one of my favourite things.

Vickie and Ed were such accomodating and friendly hosts, making us feel welcome and at home immediately. Their story of creating BullerRoo is incredible too, there is so much thought and passion that has gone into every aspect of the property.

I was also lucky enough to meet an array of baby pygmy goats, and they were beyond cute. I wish I could’ve taken little Hermione home with me!

The accommodation is the best we had in Victoria. It is beautifully done. The view is spectacular. The kids love the goats and alpacas. We hope to return again one day.

Amazing! The owners Vickie and Ed are so lovely and welcoming. We stayed in the cottage which was beautifully designed and cozy. The property is so pretty and the attention to detail and cleanliness of everything was amazing. The cute little Pygmy goats on the farm was a bonus too 🥰

Our stay at the charming BullerRoo Stone Creek Cottage was absolutely delightful from start to finish. It truly felt like a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The amazing owners clearly take great pride in maintaining the accommodation and the freshness and tidiness added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. A significant advantage of this accommodation was its convenient location. We were thrilled that we could easily drive to Mt Buller for a day of snow-filled fun. The proximity to this popular snow destination was a huge plus, and we had a fantastic time enjoying the winter wonderland by day and keeping warm by the fireplace, back at the cottage, by night.

What truly made this stay special was the warmth and hospitality of the owners (Vickie and Ed). From the very beginning, they greeted us with genuine friendliness, making us feel like we were visiting old friends. They were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with any queries we had about the area. Their recommendations for nearby attractions and activities were spot-on, helping us to make the most of our time during the stay.

All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The stunning location, pristine cleanliness, and the owners' genuine hospitality combined to create an unforgettable stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with a touch of warmth and convenience. We're already looking forward to returning in the future!

We and our kids spent a long weekend at the Bullerroo luxury chalet for my husband’s 50th birthday. This place leaves no stone left unturned for your senses. It was pure magic.
The floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views over the Barwite countryside and the field of sweet Pygmy goats that owners Vickie & Ed lovingly breed and raise.
The luxury rustic aesthetics of the interior, created by Vickie & Ed, creates a truly relaxing, immersive experience for anyone wanting to escape the pace of busy everyday life.
Everything has been thought of with Bullerroo. And it’s no wonder, as Vickie & Ed are both such warm and welcoming people, who are genuinely excited about having guests share a place that they get to enjoy every day.

Bulleroo is such a beautiful place, words and photo's aren't enough! We felt at home and on holiday all at once! It is the whole package and exactly what we needed and more. Vickie and Ed have created such a wonderful place for others to enjoy, they are passionate, so kind and friendly, our whole family had such a fun experience (our daughter asked Santa for a pygmy goat!). One of the best accomdation we stayed at during our Australia trip. The hosts, Ed and Vicky gave us very warm welcome when we first arrived.

Children loved feeding the Pygmy goats, cottage was extremely clean and well equipped. We grilled our own dinner one night and had so much fun!

Recommended for families with children and elderly.

Fantastic place to stay. Host was very friendly and helpful. A beautiful property and the house was clean and very comfortable, the views are amazing. Definitely recommend this property and only wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed at Bulleroo accommodation. It wasn't just an accommodation but an experience. We were welcomed by the lovely host Eddie and Vickie. Who walked us through the lovely , beautifully designed and spotless house.
The views from the main living is like a super sized scenic wall art with view to the farm, dam , hills and sunset. We were welcomed by the fireplace already lit and a bottle of wine from the local winery.

If visiting on clear night the view to stars from the rooftop garden is amazing. There is a BBQ on the roof top and lots of seating to enjoy drinks, meals and views.

The kitchen is very modern like other parts of the accommodation and has everything you will need for cooking and lovely collection of board games. Beds were super comfy too.

It was perfect way to relax after a long day at mt Buller.

Eddie and Vickie took us for a walk around the farm and showed the us their beautiful animals the goats, sheep and alpecas and not to forget their beautifully landscaped natural garden.

This place is truly fabulous!

The breathtaking views are matched by the brilliant craftmanship throughout the apartment and the warm welcome of the hosts Ed and Vickie.

The apartment is truly stunning and even more impressive when you find out that Ed built it - there is amazing attention to detail everywhere.

It's a great place to unwind in nature and we even got to watch boxing kangaroos first thing in the morning!

The cottage 'A view to a Hill' is situated in the most beautiful landscape in Victoria. We visited in winter and were welcomed by the friendly hosts who had already lit a wood fire for us. The place is cosy yet full of space and light with amazing views over a vast valley. The hosts are very friendly and ready to help if required. The place is situated in a way that you do not notice anyone around you - very private and idyllic. Overall this place is great for a romantic getaway.

What a wonderful find! BullerRoo is a truly 5 star luxury experience, set in the most stunning landscape. The French fireplace is so cosy, looking out across the valley - watching Kangaroos, cockatoos and the farm goats! The apartment is immaculately designed with every detail thought through. We enjoyed the prosecco and cheese platter on arrival much more than a hotel room service. This is an experience not to be missed!

We booked the lovely stone cottage with a beautiful views. There is also another house on the property but this didn't affect our privacy. We were met by our hosts on arrival to have a quick chat to answer any questions. The cottage was very cosy and comfortable with a lovely fire for the cold nights. Very comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen which made is so we really didn't have to bring anything extra other than our food.
We were a group of three gals away for a weekend but this would also suit a family well.
The pygmy goats were a bonus!! Very cute and fun to watch - even for us adults! We would highly recomend staying here.

The cottage is gorgeous, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The view is spectacular. We loved sitting on the verandah looking out over the hills and watching the kangaroos jump down along the river. Our daughters loved feeding the goats, sheep and alpacas. Such a beautiful, peaceful place to unwind and relax.
