I took some tight boots in that I'd bought online and they were really helpful. Nice vibe in the shop, they're happy to talk you through the process and let you take a look in the factory. I took in another pair to be cleaned, seemed like a nice price. Looks like they craft a wide range of shoes, I'll definitely be back.

Dropped my hiking boots off here to have a rivet on a quickhook replaced. Brad & the team have done an excellent job on the repair & at a price much cheaper than I would have expected. I will certainly be returning to Parigina for repairs in the future.

Amazing service and quality!! Highly recommend. I organised a voucher to have a custom made pair of shoes for my husbands 40th. He absolutely loved it! Brad was so lovely talking him through the history of Parigina, showing him the factory and helping him to select a pair of shoes he loved. Amazing service and repair of my shoes. So easy to speak with over the phone. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. They clearly love their shoes and know who to fix them. Had a squeak in one shoe. Now the squeak is gone and present as new. Highly recommend supporting this local Australian business.

Best shoemaker is Australia. Great hand made shoes and great shoe repairs on any brand of shoes you own. I have had two pairs of their shoes for years and just keep getting them resoled. Also have had them repair RM Williams boots and they have done a great job. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

My Labrador chewed a hole in a pair of my RM Williams crocodile skin boots and Brad was able to repatch it and replace the chewed tabs beautifully. I’d thoroughly recommend them!

I brought two pairs of sandals to Parigina to repair (the sandals were not made by Parigina). The sandals were pretty far gone, so I appreciated that Parigina were willing to consider options and advise me on what was possible. They've fixed the sandals so I can eek out a little more life out of them, and all for an incredibly reasonable cost. I'm really grateful to have a service like this available!

Have taken three pairs of shoes here in the last few months for repair, these guys are amazing! Most of my shoes and boots are Goodyear welted and these days it’s hard to find shoe repair places that have the equipment to do Goodyear welting. These guys not only have that equipment, they are masters of their trade.

They also have proper Dainite rubber soles which again, are hard to come by in Melbourne.

To top it off, every repair they have done they have gone above what I expected, cleaning, polishing, reapplying edge dressing, even doing a waterproof treatment on my suede Chelsea boots at no extra cost!

Shout out to Bradley & team. The great thing here is you’re getting shoes renewed by expert shoe makers. This is a little factory supplying much more than shoe repair. I took in my fav Italian shoes and walking boots (could never throw them away) and they came back looking sensational.
