I do all my dental work here. Dentists are excellent; they create a friendly environment for adults and children. Very kind receptionists, too.

First time seeing this Dr as my regular Dr is on holiday. I had a complex issue and he listened and went above and beyond. He was kind and considerate and very understanding and would highly recommend.

Very pleased with Dr Amaya. Not my regular Dr, but she respected my usual Dr and worked around that existing relationship without undermining or trying to start from scratch.

I'm here to up date immunization statement for my daughter. I appreciate the service that nurse provided for us. The whole experience is effective and convenient.

I had an appointment with Dr. Xue Feng Hu. He was patient, thorough and explained me how to deal with my health.

Dr Patricia Amaya is one of the best doctors I have seen. I came in for a gastric issue and she was very thorough in examining my conditions. She is a patient and caring doctor. In fact, I would say she is an "old-school" doctor with great attitude and skills - the kind which is increasingly rare nowadays. I am fortunate to be under her care.

Using the Hot Doc app, I was able to make a COVID booster apt an hour later! So convenient. Reception staff was helpful and friendly, and the nurse was fantastic - explaining everything and showing me what she was doing before she did it. I was even able to get the flu shot today too - it wasn’t too much trouble for the nurse to speak to a GP, who came and asked me a few questions, and they made that happen too. The reception area, where I had to wait 15mins afterwards, was clean and a nice space to use. I was very appreciative they could fit the flu shot in today too - my vaccination experience here was exceptional. Thank you.

I saw the banner that flu vaccines were available. I called up and friendly man assisted me to make an appointment and shared the cost involved and info needed. I asked about the 4th Covid vaccination and was promptly assisted. I could visit 2 hours later and received both vaccinations.
The nurse knows how to handle a needle as I did not feel anything.
Well done for your service and friendly assistance.

This was my first time at the clinic. Very easy to get an appointment and we got called in straight away. Doctor Rukshana Yasmin was very good. Very attentive, helpful and caring with my 3 month old baby. She did not rush us. Highly recommend this place. The receptionists were also very nice too

Dr Lisa is so thorough and wonderful. She has been a pleasure to see each time. The reception staff are also lovely, and the waiting times are good. Overall, a very pleasant experience for a medical centre.

This was our first visit. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We saw a Dr before getting our Covid booster shots. She was very patient and explained the options extremely clearly. After we saw the Dr a nurse took us in for the Covid shot. I must say I was surprised how very good she was at giving the shots. I really hardly felt anything. Such a nice girl as well. Put you at your ease.

I have really enjoyed my experience with this medical center being a new patient. The doctors are thorough and the pathology clinic is very professional and helpful. It's a great option if you live in the eastern suburbs.

Drs are professional and the clinic is clean and roomy, they are happy to listen to my concerns without dismissing me and the receptionists are very helpful when you have questions or need to update records.

Highly recommend Dr Farhat Zia, she is the real definition of a "doctor with people skills". This female Pakistian doctor is warm, welcoming, friendly and approachable. Accompanied with a diversify knowledge and a non-judgmental attitude.
She would make a tremendous valuable asset to the clinic. Please keep her !
