Preeya did an absolutely amazing job with my eyebrows! The customer service was great, she really listened to what I wanted and later gave her recommendations as well. Very professional and helpful! I absolutely loved how my eyebrows turned out (and for me personally it is difficult to find someone I trust to do my eyebrows). I would recommend this place to anyone in Melbourne!! I have my eyebrows done at CBD, a lovely staff name Diana has an excellent customer service
and she is very skillful in doing eyebrows. There was no pain and burning sensation unlike other stores. I am satisfied with the result.

I am a regular at Full Brow bar and today for the first time, Annie assisted me for my eye brow threading service. I had the most wonderful experience with Annie. She inquired about any specific requirements for my brow threading and followed it meticulously. Most importantly, Annie’s method of threading was delicate and I experienced little pain. The threading of my left eyebrow leaves me sometimes teary-eyed from the threading pain. However, Annie was extremely gentle and I did not experience any discomfort during the threading process. She was quick and made me check each eyebrow, to ensure I was happy with her threading. Annie has a pleasant personality and I will recommend her for the threading services.

Firoza did a wonderful job with threading my brows! She is very skilled. I have an uneven brows but she managed to even them out perfectly and still maintain the thickness. Definitely looking forward for my next visit.

This was our very first visit to Full brow and Preeya did threading for upper lip, chin & side burns on my daughter's sensitive skin. I highly recommend. They are based in QV mall, hence the price is a bit high end but totally worth it. If you are from overseas like us and looking for someone reliable but don't know where to go & who to trust to do your threading, go and see Preeya at Full Brow. Annie was the sales person that assisted me today for eye brow and upper lip service and I had an amazing experience with Annie. She was pleasant the moment I walked into the store showing me where I can sit for the services I wanted. My specification to her was I didn’t want my eye brows to be threaded thinly and to just remove any hair outside my natural brow line. She then clarified how she will be doing it by showing and checking with me on a mirror so that both of our understanding are aligned. Her service was quick despite her engaging in conversation with me. Not only that her threading was precise and clean. She showed me the mirror after doing on one side of the brow to ascertain whether she has met my request and I was very happy with her threading. Same goes with my upper lip, it was done to my satisfaction. Thanks Annie for your threading service today really appreciate it.

100% recommend! The lovely Preeya did a brow tint and threading on me and they turned out lovely! Preeya was so pleasant throughout, did a great job and really made it a special experience. I’ll definitely be coming back here and will be asking for Preeya if she is available. The salon was very clean and professional.
