A.P.C. Melbourne

Visiting from overseas..went to the shop today about 2pm and was greeted by an Asian female staff who was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease around the fancy store. The other Asian male staff was also very friendly and helpful. Both were very charismatic people and enhanced the shopping experience. Highly recommended

Had a nice shopping experience here even if I ended up not getting anything (they didn’t have my size for the pants I wanted). Shame I didn’t get his name but the staff was very friendly, and encouraged me to try on clothes even when I said I might not get anything.

Perfect little store to buy your essentials. Matt is very friendly and helped me out promptly.

Very good customer service. When I went there, only one salesman who looks like an Asian, (he is a Asian!? wearing checked shirt lol) helped me find the item that I wanted to buy and recommended it to me very passionately. Although he did not help me with check out, I was very satisfied with his service attitude.

I don't normally write reviews, but have had two really pleasant experiences here twice in the last month. Both sales reps were helpful and reminded me that it's nice to buy in-person instead of online.

I had the most wonderful experience during my shop on Friday. I was visiting from Sydney and everyone at the store was so lovely – especially the store manager. I love the products available at the store and left with a beautiful bag that I can’t wait to wear. Thank you to the A.P.C. team for making our visit so memorable and we will definitely be coming back again.

P.S. please reopen in Sydney! And bring over your Melbourne staff too :-)

The Sales-people are beyond attentive! very obliging and honest, down to earth people. Some of the most professional staff I have ever stumbled across, you can easily start a casual conversation with them, dispalying that the art of customer service has not died.

Great product. Easy communications. Had a minor issue and their service was fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough. And we think it is pretty cool having electric gates :)
