I dealt with Antony on a custom ring for my fiance and he could not have been more patient, understanding and attentive to my needs during a daunting and quite stressful experience of the biggest purchase of my life. I cannot commend Antony more on how well he listened to the brief and in-turn how bloody well his team executed on the design. My jaw is still somewhere on his office floor from the moment he presented that ring to me and my fiance was left in tears at its beauty when it was her turn - we still cannot stop staring at it!

I absolutely recommend The Diamond Guys to anyone who is in the market for an engagement ring and i request google to open up a 10-star rating system specifically for these guys as its what they deserve!

I can't recommend Diamond Guys enough! Antony was extremely professional and helpful. When I contacted Antony regarding purchasing an engagement ring my knowledge was minimum at best. Antony was very informative and the whole process from start to finish was really enjoyable and he went above and beyond to help.
The quality and workmanship were fantastic and really couldn't have turned out better!

Amazing experience with Ivor and Antony. The two shared a significant amount of patience in educating me throughout the process, with even more information than the 4Cs typically spoken of at other jewellers. After visiting numerous jewellers in Melbourne, their passion and experience becomes very clear as they walk you through their incredibly detailed and transparent screening process for selecting diamonds.

I spent about 8 or so hours with them over several days, searching through endlessly to find the right diamond for my now fiance. They have incredibly sharp eyes and do not hesitate to discuss all aspects of the diamonds they put forward to you.

I'm not sure where to start, but i was recommended by a work colleague to visit these guys. Prior to our visit, me and my fiance had already seen and spoken to other jewellers. We thought we had seen amazing service until we met Ivor. Ivor took us through a consultation and explained everything from start to finish. I think it's safe to say, i know more about diamonds than most people now (evident when i started talking about it with peers). We decided we would go with them. Throughout our whole experience Ivor was honest, understanding and extremely helpful. Not to mention very patient with my incompetence to make it to appointed times. The diamond along with the ring came out beautifully and for what we paid, it was better than what we were being offered at other jewellers. I highly recommend these guys, check them out and let them show you why i chose them over others!

I wasn't very sure what I was doing when I walked in to the Diamond Guys on the day I went in. I didn't know too much about rings or anything like that. Antony was brilliant from the very start and guided me to my choice according to my price range. The service was brilliant, my now fiancee loves her ring and can't stop looking at it. I highly recommend the Diamond Guys.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Ivor is an incredible jeweller. My engagement ring was a custom piece based off my husbands design. At first sourcing purple precious stones was difficult but Ivor managed to find some while overseas at a jewellers convention. The sapphires and diamond are beautifully cut. They are so sparkly, the photos don't do them justice. I instantly fell in love with this ring so of course went back to him for my wedding band (pictured). My husbands ring (also pictured) also came from him. Before my wedding Ivor also mended some jewellery that has been in my family for over 60 years and did a beautiful job.

I couldn’t be any happier with my ring! The Diamond Guys made my ring exactly how I imagined it. Everyone who see’s it comments on how beautiful it is. This is my first experience designing my own ring and The Diamond Guys made the process so easy and their knowledge really helped me design the ring I’ve always wanted!

Its true what they say: Men are kind of in the dark about diamonds - cut, carat, clarity. What the hell is all of that, amirite?

Thankfully Antony from the diamond guys shed some light on all of the above and more and helped me design a ring that my now fiancee absolutely adores. I can't speak highly enough of the service Antony provided which included infinite patience for my constant questions, tweaks, and designs.

The outcome of working with The Diamond Guys was that I was able to design a beautiful extremely high-quality, custom ring for my fiancee that she adores and shows off to everyone. I mean, simply put: She said yes. That's worth it alone!

I had the most exceptional experience dealing with Antony and the team at The Diamond Guys.

I went in there with zero knowledge about engagement rings and diamonds, and Antony explained all the fundamentals in simple to understand terms and guided me throughout the ring selection process.

Once I chose the ring design, the speed at which it was produced and ready for me to collect was incredible. It took less than 4 weeks for the whole process of me to walk in the door for the first time and pick up my ring, and this even crossed over the holiday period!

After proposing and needing the ring to be resized slightly, I dropped it off with The Diamond Guys with the expectation it would take a week to come back, and it was ready the next day!

The service is exceptional, pure and simple. At no point did Antony ever try and upsell and he was upfront and honest and very transparent about things.

I cannot recommended them any more for anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring or any other jewellery.
