I had an amazing experience here. Araya was so genuine and honest, you can feel safe in her expert hands.
I genuinely always hate the haircuts I get but she did such a good job! Couldn’t recommend her more.

I have been using Arayas hair products and following her hair care advice, my hair has noticeably grown and it’s so much healthier and for the first time in a very long time I actually love my hair. My curls come through and look so nice. I wear it out most of the time because it looks so good, I used to always tie it up and hide it.

The best salon I have ever been to in the last 4 years of Melbourne life. Professional, courteous and extremely friendly staff. One of my friends referred me to the staff named Vickey and she has taken very good care of me. Gave me a tonne of tips and tricks, different styling options and even gave me a complete roadmap on how to achieve the hairstyle I want. The best part, they are insanely affordable. Finally I can afford a high quality haircut every 2 weeks. Give it a go and I bet you wont regret it.

Araya and her team are very professional. To be honest since I got my first haircut here couldn’t go anywhere else. Always reponsive with the bookings and flexible when I asked to get my last two cuts a bit later during the day after work. An overall great place to get a haircut if you live or work in the city or nearby suburbs.

I enjoyed my experience at Araya hair & beauty. I found Araya to be really professional & her number one goal was to make sure I was happy when I left the salon.
The process took longer then I thought but I wasn’t in a rush & I found Araya to have a great sense of humour & enjoyed listening to her interact with her regular clients.
The next time I’m visiting Melbourne, I’ll definitely call in again.

Excellent salon. I just moved from another town and needed a new hairdresser. We all know how scary it can be going to a new place. They were fantastic here and I couldn't be happier with my colour!! Great service .

My partner got his haircut by the owner. Only $20 😮She is Vietnamese and Thai girl. Very friendly, nice and skillful. Also, she gave us thousands tips for hair care even how to calculate lucky number of yours based on name according to Asian cultures

Highly recommended. Staff were friendly, and good with kids. My toddler was fussy when they cut her hair, but the hairdresser was very patient with her. She got a jelly at the end, and was very happy. The hair cut was also pretty. The price also reasonable. We will be their returning customer for sure :)

Although I was skeptical at first, it turned out to be the best experience. The location and ambience is decent and cute. The products are good. I was really unsure about the style but I’ve had my hairdresser help me out with it. Just trusted her through the process and I’m glad I found you. It’s the only hair salon that I found to be reasonable with the prices around here. Hoping to get back to you.

Araya is always friendly, polite and welcoming, whether we are walking the dogs past her salon or coming in for an appointment.
I and my family all visit Araya for hair cuts. The boys are all much quicker than me as my hair is long, but regardless Araya goes out of her way to fit me in.

I never feel rushed, and instead I feel I am a valued customer. Araya has started early at times to accommodate my available time.

Araya always manages to fit me in when I book an appointment. I usually get a hair colour and cut, and while I wait, she always provides me complimentary coffee and biscuits. Araya is a beautiful soul and I feel well looked after. Also this place is value for money - I get the same feeling and experience here than at other high-end hairdressers that charge double. My hair always turns out how I want it everytime I visit this place. Highly recommended if you’re in town.
