Super friendly and helpful staff - always met with great customer service and pretty extensive product knowledge. Can't fault my experience at all!

Great store. Customer service was excellent. Not in your face but really helpful when needed. Really good selection of shoes. Purchased a converse shoe and it was $10 cheaper than in the emporium at Glue. Highly recommend. Also had a good deal on socks the day we went so we purchase those as well.

Thank you Alvaro & the rest of the team for quick, friendly and no-pressure service. The store is small enough to not be overwhelming but with a really nice variety of shoes :)

A huge thank-you to an outstanding young staff member called Michelle, as her product knowledge, professionalism, patience and overall helpfulness helped me find a great shoe after a foot injury. Michelle's fabulous assistance the first time we visited the store turned my partner and I into loyal Hype customers. We have bought two more pairs of shoes from Hype since our first visit, and it will now be our go-to store for any new shoes we buy over coming year. Staff as good as Michelle are a rarity, so I hope Hype appreciates her!

The stock at Hype is also excellent, especially as they hold less common brands like Autry (US) and On Running (Switzerland). The QV store is spacious, well lit and comfortable. It’s easy to see what's available, and there is plenty of space for trying on shoes. Overall, it’s an excellent store. Also, the rewards system (providing cash for future purchases) is very welcome!

My partner and I have also now bought from the online store, which was easy to use with fast delivery.

Went in tonight to buy a pair of Adidas. I was assisted over 45 mins by a staff member named Rebecca, who was super helpful, honest, friendly and professional.
Turned out they didn’t have the exact size+colorway combo I was after, so rather than try to sell me into something else Rebecca ordered them online for me ensuring they will arrive directly to me.

The thing is, she did this for me knowing full well that the sale will not be attributed to her target, yet she insisted that it didn’t matter because she would be happier knowing I got the exact pair of shoes I wanted.

Gotta say that totally rocks, and Rebecca if you’re reading this ‘Thank You’. I’ll be back to Hype for my next pair because of your great service. 🙏👌
