I was referred to RENATO Jewellers by not one but two of my best friends who both got their future wives engagement rings designed and produced at this establishment.

My own experience there was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial visit, the brothers welcomed me in and answered all of my questions, and educated me on the different types of rings, cuts and bands. As someone who walked in knowing next to nothing about engagement rings they made the design consultation very pleasing and I felt very comfortable with their extensive knowledge and expertise. They were both very patient and super friendly.

I left feeling very satisfied that the ring would be amazing. 4-5 weeks later the ring was ready and I was blown away by how stunning it looked. Not only was it made in a very timely manner but it was also very affordable.

Highly recommend Renato Jewellers. Went here to purchase an engagement ring and Rennie sat down with me and made sure I knew exactly what was being discussed as I knew nothing about jewellery. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and within budget. After proposing I needed the ring resized and they went above and beyond to get it resized as quickly as possible. Thanks to Rennie for all his hard work, the ring is perfect.

Mauro and Renato were fantastic to deal with. They know customer service and they produce beautifully crafted jewellery. I damaged my engagement ring and needed a completely new shank. The ring wasn't even theirs but they were able to make it again and it's perfect.
