Had a great experience purchasing a longines watch as a sale item off the Salera's website. Enquired about availability and was promptly provided with a location carrying stock.
The sales rep was happy to have the item delivered to me as I live interstate. Delivery was provided freely and the watch arrived (well-packaged) within the week. Very happy so far with post-purchase customer support. Excellent service overall and I am very satisfied.

Bought a watch here just yesterday. A very pleasant experience. Showed me all the variations I was interested in. No pushy tactics. I went in with plenty of price research already but they offered me an even better price than what I had in mind without me even asking. I was very surprised to see this store has a 3.3 rating on G reviews. Looking through the old reviews, many seem ridiculous - like blaming a physical store for the online store not shipping quickly. I can easily recommend this store based on my experience. FWIW, I got the "old lady" salesperson that some people had negative experience with previously judging by the comments. But my experience was very positive.

Decent experience, very friendly (if you get the dude, old lady pretty grumpy) Happy with my watch and a tasty little discount too. Highly recommend as they have some really nice pieces at very reasonable prices.
