McDonald's Swanston St

I only waited about 5 minutes for the food and my Berger was hot and delicious, chips were perfect

Just wanted to post a message of encouragement for the Friday late-night staff! I came here at around 12:30am and it was hectic. There were rude and impatient customers, people spilling drinks on the floor, and just ridiculous amounts of customers coming through. To make matters worse, this Maccas was severely understaffed at the time. I don't know how they did it, but the staff stayed very professional and kept their cool the whole time. If it were me, I would've screamed and pulled out my hair at that point.

Also, I ordered a coke and it was nice and refreshing. My friend ordered orange juice and it look particularly vibrant in colour (very pretty!). Another friend ordered an iced chocolate and said it tasted like chocolate milk.

The service was best utmost and we had the great chicken nuggets and the manager and crew were awesome

While having dinner at the Hot Pot restuarant on Swanston St, CBD Melbourne, I had to go to the toilet and I was told to use the MacDonald's next door, so I did and to my surprise, I found the Vortex Hand Dryer that my company Ozwashroom manufacture and distribute it io effecient and powerful, running like a dream.

McRib was good. 40pc ncnuggets was also good, fun to throw at kangaroos.

This is a regular stop for me if I arrive to work before 6.30am. Despite being in one of the busiest corners in the CBD, the staff manage to rise above any frustrations with serene calm and provide very friendly and professional service. It is kept very clean too. Well done to the staff and management.

04/06 Sat Around 10:20pm, I was having a snack with my friend.
But It was saturday, There was a guy who looked drunk and he was gonna stand on our table.
And a staff wearing a blue cloth asked us about the relationship between him and us
and then she let him leave.
It was really brave and It helped us. Thank you so much

It was a good time and friendly staff

It's maccas so food is exactly as you would expect. Prompt service during dinner hours, very clean dispute being quite busy. Plenty of seating upstairs . The sparrows here are very friendly and polite. Would visit again just to feed them again.

A very famous McDonald in the corner Lonsdale and Swanston..love it .

It is a very busy place and a goto spot for students in swanstan street. There is a huge queue for take aways.

The sundaes they make here are absolutely magnificent

Chicken and cheese burger was great but we had to queue up a while since it was crowdee.

My experience was made better with all the birds flying around upstairs. A very unique McDonald's highly recommend if you like the risk of being pooped on.

I lost my phone outside this venue. Got it back from the counter. Good staff. Checked everything before handing it over to me.

Fast and efficient. Better than a lot of McDonald stores. But I guess they have to be since they're in the Melbourne CBD. Food and prices are McStandard (couldn't resist).
