Jo Mercer Melbourne Central

I went to the Melbourne Central Store today with a friend and we want to thank the lovely girl who served us. She was very easy going and had all the time in the world for us. She searched for different sized shoes at different stores and never made us feel like we were taking up her time or annoying her, even though she probably had a lot of things to do an hour before closing time. I would go out of my way to shop here compared to other stores, thanks to her 10/10 customer service.

Went there today with my friend, had a horrible experience, a staff around 50 years old with ponytail was extremely rude at our kids, she yelled" KIDS SIT DOWN!!!" when the kids were jumping in front of the sofa( not on the sofa), our 5 years and 6 years old kids were shocked and terrified! How dare she scream at our kids without even say anything to us? What kind of customer service it is!!!

Went on 25th, the staff was extremely rude and not friendly at all.
She didn’t even look up and say good afternoon or welcome.
She offered no help, and seemed so disinterested with her own life and job.

What a rude see you next Tuesday she was. Mortified and left the store as a woman of colour

I arrived at the Melbourne central store at 9:45am on Thursday, 10/11/2022. I patiently waited for the retail assistant to open the store, she arrived at 9:52am. I asked her If I can come in and try on a pair of sandals as I had to exchange a pair that I recently purchased online. She told me she had to set up the store and count money. Anyways, I waited until 10am came around, and she still did not open the store. At 10:03am, the door remained close and she was aware that I have been waiting patiently until she opened . She went inside (to the back of the store) and I left.

Appalling behaviour. Extremely poor customer service.
I will not be returning to this particular store.

Please don't go here, the shoes is dirty on the bottom and it makes my feet bleed and when I go return it they said it's been wear.....but it hasn't...it's my fault as well that I didn't check the bottom, （the rest are brain new only the bottom) but their attitude for customer service team is really really really bad...and the end I haven't return it successfully, however i don't care, i care is the experience and their customer service attitude. The store staff is nice but the customer service team It's rude I won't go back again.
