The Q

We just returned home from celebrating our first wedding anniverary, staying at Quincy for the first time. The experience we had at The Q was one of, if not, the highlight of our trip. Hugh and his team were really generous and thoughtful, he created us a custom complimentary cocktail to celebrate our anniversary and provided a really intimate and relaxed environment. The space itself has excellent city views, a private and luxurious feel. Almost like a secret hidden gem. They had great happy hour options and when we come to the city again we will definitely be dropping by. I believe because it's part of the Quincy hotel, you need to be buzzed up to the floor if you aren't a staying guest. In a way I think this added to the exclusivity and private feel but I'm sure the bar could even further succeed with general public guests too. We hope it continues to thrive and can't wait to visit again. Thank you Hugh from The Q!

I don't have high hopes for most hotel restaurants or bars, but this blew me away in a very positive manner. Beautiful soft bao buns with fresh fish, elevated blue fin tuna canapés with salmon roe, and duck with pineapple spring rolls.... just gorgeous! Topped off by stunning cocktails, personalised and approachable service, fabulous tunes and a view that would be unrivalled had it been warm enough for the balcony to be viable- I'll be up here every weekend in summer!!!

Amazing looking mocktails available for someone like me doing Dry July. Heating was on during our time on the rooftop, didn't feel cold at all. Will be coming back for another catch up session with my friends again.

What an awesome place to kick the night off. We worked our way through the cocktail menu. Loved the share plates and atmosphere. Riley was a great host.

Great hotel bar. Solid service, generous happy hour, good drinks, good atmosphere.

Tip: order a negroni, double shot gin.

Came here on a Saturday night and got a table straight away (but still good to book ahead). Has a great cocktail range. Service was great, unfortunately a little too cold to sit outside at this time of year but will definitely be back !

Such an amazing atmosphere to spend an evening with friends for drinks. Beautiful ambience.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Quincy’s rooftop bar. Food was excellent, drinks well mixed and service terrific. Would highly recommend.

We came here for few drinks without expectations, everything was amazing (big plus for the Amaretto Sour)!
Moreover Alejandro was so lovely and made us so comfortable!

I had delicious cocktails. Also terrace seats were good. There has heater so was not cold. And the view was so beautiful! If have chance I'll go again.

We went to Sky High Tea for a birthday celebration and it was amazing! Free-flowing tea-based cocktails complimented the spicy Southeast Asian fare perfectly. It did take a while for the cocktails to come out because the bar was so busy but the lovely staff made up for it. I hope they continue running events like this.

We had a lovely time sitting and looking over the night lights of Melbourne. Our cocktails and mocktail were absolutely delicious. We had the chicken ribs which were delicious. The cauliflower fritters were a meal in themselves. The dipping sauce was a delightful spicy surprise.
The foyer and the lift with the graffiti artwork was a quirky and fun touch.
On a Thursday night there was a mix of patrons. Clientele ranged from after-work, to casual catch-up, with a few more dressed up small groups.
My only thing I struggled with was the unisex toilets. For one not used to it, it is confronting to be reapplying your lipstick at the mirror and a member of the opposite sex walks in to use the facility.

Hidden gem, unlikely though for too much longer. Recently visited after work and couldn’t fault the service or food/drink quality and price and the views from the top floor are amazing. Will be back (actually have already been back twice). New favourite - can’t wait for the warmer weather!

Cool little find with an awesome range of cocktails. The staff create a fun vibe and are so so friendly. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the sun set. Highly recommend!

Fantastic staff took care of me despite being a difficult customer, I wanted a cocktail off the menu and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a good night.
This new little bar is a hidden gem of Melbourne, on the 35th floor and the receptionist had to Buzz me up even as a walk in. I'm planning on coming back soon, can't imagine a better place to take a date in Melbourne.

Attended the new years eve event. Incredible views of the city and fireworks display. Great music, free flowing drinks and delicious nibbles.

Booked a table. A cracking sunset, great spot outside under the heaters. Friendly service, great drinks, and loved happy hour.
