Had an incredible night at State of Grace bar and was blown away by the stunning decor and vibrant rooftop bar! Every detail, from the chic interiors to the panoramic views, plus the amazing customer service made for an unforgettable experience. Can't wait to go back 🍸

Nice food, remarkable decor & ambience as well as a cosy library corner. We had Sunday roast with chicken, & the wine jus was magnificent. We managed to speak with the chef to have found out about the Sunday roast next is lamb. We won’t hesitate to come back again, as there’s so much more to explore here.

First, we went to the "State of Grace" restaurant. We ordered steak and wine. It was one of the most delicious steaks I've ever had. Then, we found the book "Fall from Grace." The book opened the portal. We descended the steps symbolizing the fall like a fallen angel, and there in the underworld, we drank potions. I recommend "Lilith" and "Morning Star."

Absolutely lovely bar and restaurant. The roof top bar doesn't have the greatest of views all the way round but the atmosphere makes up for it. Even on a Tuesday it had great vibe. Great cocktails and lovely staff. The fries with skin on were delicious 🤤

I had a wonderful Monday lunch with a group of girlfriends. Lunch menu Barramundi was delicious and great value. Cam offered attentive service and was lots of fun. I highly recommend State of Grace

Celebrated a really good valentine yesterday, the vibe was chill enough for you to stay there for 2 hours. Recommend to couples and friends who want to spend some time with a relaxing environment.

We love it here .. great atmosphere! The gentleman on the door on Friday night, May 3rd, made a very special effort to get us on my favourite table. It was a very busy night and as I was celebrating something that was very important to me, his act of kindness was much appreciated. This is a great place to relax over a few drinks and catch up with friends. You can speak easily without having to shout, as the music in the background is enjoyable without being overpowering. This is a Bar where people of all ages and all walks of life can come together and have fun in a place of welcome.

We went for a quick cocktail on the way out. Just amazing for the ambience, the bookstore entry and the cocktails were sensational. What a great time we had, how good it was just being here. We stayed for two the cocktails were so good. Highly recommend stopping in for a drink and the food coming out looked sensational, so next time for us. . . . . . . .

Came here for a lunch with some workmates and ended up staying for hours. The bartender Valerie made us a spectacular drink that she invented, and we ended up putting them away all afternoon. Very refreshing on a hot day. If you are going to come here once in your life, make sure she’s working here and ask her for her recommendation. You won’t be disappointed, and you won’t find a better bartender

I was here last Saturday arvo for my friends 30th birthday. I wanted to take him to a rooftop bar and planned everything without telling him. I made the booking online and stated that it was my friends birthday and that a great spot would be amazing. Not only did they put us on the best spot on the rooftop but also greeted us with two cocktails on arrival. I was very impressed! Food was excellent, we had the beef tartare and the potato pizza. Cocktails were nice and refreshing, on Sats they’ve got 10 dollars “bloody spritzes” so we had a few of them. There was live music and the singer even sang happy birthday to my friend. It was a very memorable day! Would highly recommend. Great job team state of grace!

Step inside and be transported to a bygone era. The dimly lit space oozes old American charm, with swing music setting the mood. But the real star of the show is the bartender, Joh. His knowledge of cocktails is top-notch, and he can whip up both classics and inventive special creations that will tantalize your taste buds.

Really nice venue. Heaters were great on the rooftop. Lovely wine. Cameron Jordan’s singing was unreal and a great touch.
We then had a magician come over to us and do magic tricks which we loved! William Marks well done!

I had an outstanding meal at State of Grace recently. The crisp halloumi was a standout—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Our server, Angel, truly went above and beyond, making the entire dining experience exceptional. Can't wait to return!

Attended State of Grace’s new bottomless brunch, “Big Top Affair”- carnival themed event. Held on the rooftop, the presentation of the area was cute, and the food and drinks came very soon after the 3PM start - Bottomless vodka soda teapots (around 4 - 6 teacups per pot) with some very tasty syrups to mix in, and 6 entree sized good portions (1pp). Service and staff were great, and the magician was especially hilarious.

The beef tartare was rather ordinary, but the other dishes were truly delightful and inventive. The cocktails had a storytelling quality that added to the experience. My favorite was 'Greed' from the Seven Deadly Sins collection. It's an ideal place for weekend get-togethers with friends.
