Fletcher Jones Retail Store

We have been customers for Fletcher Jones for decades. My husband will only wear Fletcher Jones Jeans. When their stores in Sydney closed we moved to the mail order side and have ordered all his jeans that way ever since. They arrive nicely packed and of the usual high quality and very fast. The products are of highest quality, last for years, always return to their nice shape after washing, don't go saggy and retain their good look. They fit well and feel great. We recently tried a black pair of jeans for the first time and it looks casual and yet really dressy. A great alternative to wearing suit pants and still fit in nicely. They are really comfortable and wash up well and clean. I highly recommend Fletcher Jones.

Needed a nice pair of trousers for a work function at the last min, placed an order online and received them within a week of ordering. They are a great fit and very comfortable to wear, considering they are pleated trousers and I'm more a flat-front guy. They have since been rotating them in my day to day wear. Will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

I have always found FJ garments to be of better than good quality & their customer service stellar. I recently needed to exchange a size by mail & was attended to personally over a weekend, to be ready for shipment first thing on Monday - the whole process was trouble free. Absolutely satisfied & also happy with value for money, especially at sales time! Only wish there was still an outlet in Sydney :)

I visited this branch to replace a button which had been lost from my jacket. A female assistant not only declined to charge for the button, but offered to temporarily see one on for me. I was very grateful, and recommend the staff, and the store for their help with this problem. I can also add that the quality of clothing sold by Fletcher Jones is excellent and deserves consideration.

It no longer the old pipe and slippers set-up.

I was a customer of Fletcher Jones for more than 15 years and loved their Avoca trousers. They fit perfectly. Recently they changed their manufacturer and the quality and cut are very poor compared to the original. I raised the issue with the owner of the Melbourne store and even drove an hour to the store, on two occasions, to show him the difference. He wasn’t there and left his staff to try to explain. The owner spoke to me on the phone once but made excuses, telling me that the cut was exactly the same. His staff told me different. The owner has not returned any of my other calls or responded to emails. Disappointing when you spend money on products from an ‘Australian run business’ and you get substandard service from the owner. They’ve lost me as a customer.
