Just want to say a massive thank you to Sarah from the Melbourne Central store for all her help today. She was super friendly and attentive! She made my shopping experience very easy. The store was very busy when I went in but she made sure that not only myself was looked after but everyone else shopping there today! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves! This store is so lucky to have an employee like her. She is a queen! I look forward to coming back and buying more pieces!

after looking for months for a specific pendant type, I finally fell in love with one from Francesca that was sold out online - i decided to email them to see if they were bringing it back in stock soon and found out that it’s actually dead stock :( but the customer service team (Phoebe in particular) went to the effort to look in the warehouse and found one last one and were willing to ship it to me!! They even gave it to me for the sale price!!

Unbelievable customer service and the product is perfect. It came boxed beautifully as well!

I absolutely love my locket necklace set and when I had some damage to the necklace the customer service was exceptional and I had a replacement sent immediately.

Went in on Friday 3rd of may. The girl that served us (didn’t get her name but she had red hair and glasses) was so friendly and patient waiting for us to make our minds up on what we wanted and she made the experience so nice Will be coming back next time I’m in town!

I’ve bought so many pieces from these guys that I have lost count, they are my go to for gifts. Such beautiful work, incredible customer service with kind and professional staff. Every single issue I’ve had has been resolved quickly, Liz in particular has always responded quickly and been so great to deal with.
I don’t often review businesses but I felt compelled to now because of just how impressed I am. If you need a gift for someone, or something for yourself, don’t look any further. I can’t recommend them enough!

For some reason I was unable to order hard Gift Voucher online.I rang Melbourne Central Store and the service was second to none.
I also ordered a Xmas Bon Bon to go with voucher.The parcel is on its way and will delight grand daughter as a pressie.

such a gorgeous gift for my lovely partner. i got a locket with a custom picture of us inside, the quality is absolutely amazing!! i ordered Thursday afternoon and came on Saturday( with express shipping) you can tell how hard the team works to create something magical. my new go too business to support.

They have the lockets and little did I know they also offer printing service to add your photo inside it as well. I couldn’t even resist and had to buy one for myself :)

I recently bought some Gold Beau Studs from Francesca Jewellery as a birthday gift for someone interstate. I asked for gift wrapping and a note. I received regular updates and was kept apprised of its journey.

My friend messaged me today, having received the gift. It was beautifully gift wrapped and presented, with a lovely note. The earrings themselves were so delicate and just lovely. The price was also very good.

I love this company, their service and their jewellery is beyond words. For Christmas I ordered two lockets for two very special people; one a picture of her niece who lives overseas and another for a dear friend who’s sister has passed away - it was an emotional Christmas with being far away from loved ones and in a global pandemic- but Francesca Jewellery made it special with these incredible gifts. I have no words with how much I loved the jewellery and they made it so easy as they did it all! I also LOVE that over Christmas they did gifts with proceeds going to safe steps for victim survivors of domestic violence- incredible!

I ordered the rose gold bauble star sign necklace for a birthday present and it is absolutely gorgeous. I have found it difficult in the past to find fine jewellery that is beautiful quality but Francesca's simply makes me want to now order something (or a lot of things) for myself! Thank you for the fantastic express delivery as well.

Loved all of the pieces I recieved. One pair of earrings was missing from the order and once I contacted customer service they were amazing with their quick response and also sending out the missing piece straight away.
