Tam was our ring consultant when my partner and I were looking for the perfect engagement ring. We had zero to minimal knowledge about what we were looking for, but she was so knowledgeable and patient in what was a pretty daunting experience for me personally.
From the initial consult all the way through to designing the ring/diamond and collection, Tamara was flexible, helpful and proactive the whole process.
The ring turned out to be more stunning than we imagined.

We had went to 4 other places in search of my engagement ring before we came to ADC. We had to make an appointment for our engagement ring consultation. When we arrived, we were seen to promptly. The place was classy and elegant. Everyone who worked there was very professional. We felt at ease immediately. There were quite a few things on display and I told the person who took care of me which ones I liked. Tam let me try all of them but also recommended what she thought I would like. She was very perceptive and knew what I liked before I could find the words to articulate it. This did not only apply to style but right down to the carat of the diamond and clarity. All through it she was very patient, answered all our questions and gave me all the time I needed to try things on. I never once felt rushed. We never once felt pressured to buy. It was such a lovely process which wasn't quite the case as some other places that we went to. We loved our experience at ADC and with Tam. We knew that this is where we would get our ring from. We now have an absolutely beautiful ring that is very us. We love my engagement ring. Thank you ADC and thank you Tam.

The service at ADC was great. They helped us choose an engagement ring that we both love. The time for pickup and for appointments were all kept which was good as we had to travel. Our consultant Brenda was lovely.
