I contacted The Hopkins Group for rental management of a (rooming) house. I had a lot of concerns and questions as i am constantly traveling and physically not available in Melbourne. They guided me most appropriately and went out of the way to help with the remaining items and steps to ensure that the rooms can be ready for lease ASAP.

The whole team at Hopkins is amazing especially the Manager Lorena is the most professional and wonderful person i have ever come across in the real estate industry. Extremely helpful, polite and someone who does not hesitate for a second to offer assistance and guidance.

Under her leadership the team ensured all the council regulations and inspections are properly adhered to and even during the Christmas holidays the team was available for guidance and support.

Lorena took care of so many things personally and solved so many issues without complaining and charging for her time and efforts. She made countless trips to the property irrespective the time and day to make sure the house is FIT for leasing. She personally met tenants to address their requirements so that they can happily live and share the space. Only a person who loves helping others selflessly can do so much and She definitely is that person.

Having such people and teams to guide and support you takes the stress and fear away from property investments.

Lauren looked after us very well and her attitude stood out to me amongst a large group of property managers I have dealt with in the past. He provided a review of the location and fundamentals, conducted all the inspections and bid on our behalf.
