This place prides itself on having the crunchiest Korean fried chicken in town, and I have to agree with that!

We tried their bone & boneless fried chicken with several different sauces and were never disappointed by any of them.

Served piping hot and in a generous portion, it satisfies a group of people.

Highly recommended if you are in the mood for crispy fried chicken in CBD.

Japchae was absolutely delightful, one of the best I’ve ever had. Dumplings were decent. Mozzarella sticks and MnC Balls were both nice. My friend loved his honey chilli chicken. Cocktails were also not bad. Everything was very affordable too definitely give this place a shot

Owner felt sorry for me because I ordered the hot and gave me some complementary stuff from the kitchen to help.

He told me not to cry in a Korean accent.

Certainly the best fried chicken in Melbourne. Its a gastronimical symphony between the Crispy exterior, juicy meat, and a flood of sauce.

I would just go for smoked soy garlic and sweet hot chilli sauce, with bones (more tasty)

Just note that food is made to order so there could be around 30 min wait for the chicken to be fried. Ambiance is also on the noisy spectrum.

We had a lot of food:
The Boneless Fried Chicken was amazingly crunchy and super juicy - our fave for the night!
Kimchi Pancake was delicious, savoury and the edge was crispy!
Veggie Dumplings were moreish, especially when dipped into the vinegar.
Tteokbokki on Plate was filled to the brim with spicy goodness. There were rice cakes, fish cakes, starch noodles and vegetable, topped with an egg (and we added a side of Seaweed Rolls - yum!)
Washed it all down with the sweet Korean drinks 😍
Buza Chicken is also really easy to get to - on Level 3 in Melbourne Central!
Highly recommend if you love a spicy, crunchy Korean feast!

After being a fan of the brand for the last 3 or 4 years, I'll finally give my review, We went to try the 2 new artwork of the menu: Cheese fondue chicken & Chipotle chicken with Nachos.... I'm definitely a fan of the chicken of the first one, but the different flavours and sauce of the second one are amazing... Love it, strongly recommended... I'll be back, as always!!!!

When I’m craving Korean fried chicken as a vegetarian, this place is one of the only places I could find and it does not disappoint. Found on the third level of Melbourne Central past Pancake Parlour, this place does Korean fried cauliflower with plenty of veggie sides. It can be loud with ABC next door, but the food is worth it.

Premium-quality Korean fried chicken. Fresh and crispy, even with the generous amount of sauce. Easily some of the best in Melbourne!

I’ve tried most of the Fried Chicken flavours and some of their other dishes.. and concluded here are personal faves:
- Boneless Chicken with Onion (with white sauce)
- Boneless Chicken with Smoked Soy
- Rose Toppokki
- OG Korean Fried Cauliflower

Usually we spend about $20-30pp, depending if you order drinks or not. I think this place is perfect if you come with group of 4 or more — the foods are perfect for sharing! Also, you can also book if you come in big groups 😬

Buzza Chicken has two locations, and both of them are damn good! Lately I usually go the one in Melbourne Central (La Trobe) as it’s closer to where I live & also spacious for group dinner. They also have their own customer bathroom.

The foods came out pretty quick for a busy night. Generally the staff would not pay attention as much as all mainly self serve ie online order & water station and the staff will just have to focus on delivering orders.

Overall, I love Buza Chicken and will always come back from time to time 😬

Buza has just introduced their new range of burgers and my favorite would be the soy smoke chicken burger just as good as their Fried soy smoke chicken. It's so so soo flavourful, not too saucy, just the right amount! Make sure to get the Fried cauliflower too!

Their chicken are all halal, but they do serve pork and alcohol on premises.

Looking for a Korean feast? Then look no further, Buza is the place to be. Finger licking good fried chicken, hearty stews and sides that will blow your mind and taste buds. If you don't know what to order, just order everything!

Snow cheese boneless chicken was good and soy smoked boneless chicken was amazing. I loved how crispy all of the chicken was and how juicy it was on the outside.

Hands down one of the best fried chicken joint in the city. It's located in the second floor of Melbourne Central. Would highly recommend fried chicken with Tartar sauce. It's crispy, juicy, and sauce is very refreshing!! Smoky fried chicken is also juicy and tasted smoky but not as crispy because it's already coated with the sauce.

Probably one of the best fried chicken joints I've even been, been here 4 times and my wife and I travel from Pakenham just to eat here. It's worth the travel and calories bwaahahaa.

Just amazing, their Chicken burgers are by far the most tastiest and largest I've seen, please never change the quality or pricing and keep it up!

Must try the smokey soy fried chicken. Visited on a Wed night for dinner and ordered the smokey soy fried chicken. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and painted with delicious smokey soy sauce. Service was quick and atmosphere wasn't too noisy which was good for chatting. Definitely would come again.

Obsessed with the soy sauce fried chicken and snow cheese cauliflower. I like that they have a variety of soju available and also likes the watermelon beer. Great service and they served it speedily.
